Answer:	I feel that if your tire is 35" that this Tire Cover being 33" that you would not be able to get it on the tire. As far as the Tire Cover going on your spare tire that sits on your roof, I've never received feedback from anyone that has done this so I couldn't guarantee that the wind wouldn't cause it to come off since there is nothing blocking it like there is when your spare is at the rear of the Jeep.
