Answer:	You should be able to because it's the air release button that prevents the tire from deflating. As long as you don't press it the gauge will just display the pressure.

The current product description is incorrect - there is no gauge or hose included, just what you see in the photo. Look up the JEGS Performance Products W10056 manifold - it's the same part, but with more accurate description and 4 photos. The gauge port is threaded 1/8 NPT, and the output is 1/4 NPT. These are common sizes for a mini gauge and standard air fittings and/or hose ends.

Answer:	If I understand your question correctly, it has 1/4” NPT threads. My husband has it at work, so I may have to update answer later.

Answer:	Yes it does, and it is impressively accurate. I compared mine with a much more expensive guage, (individually calibrated), and they agree to the pound. The guage is internal and is read through the window half way down the handle. The air line connection is a female threaded hole in the end. It is standard 1/4" pt.
