After running a car on the highway (especially in the summertime) they will read quite a bit higher than cool down the longer the car sits.

Question:	Why would you lose more air when the air chuck is covering the valve stem as much as possible and it’s in the locked position
Answer:	The valve stem may be too short for the chuck to fully engage. I've had that happen before and switched a different device. You may already be doing this but, be sure the chuck is fully unlocked, then press down hard and lock while maintaining pressure to get more of the stem in the chuck. If it's already at the bottom of the stem, you'll need to have a mechanic install longer stems. Yeah, I know, pain in the neck. But, the compressor is great. Our daughter loves it.
Question:	I have a slow leak in my tire and the plug in the car doesn't work. how many psi can you do at a time. and how long does the battery last stored
Answer:	Hello, you can preset psi according to the normal value of tire pressure. The maximum PSI you can set is 100. The battery can be stored for quite a long time if you don't use it often. It has a capacity display and can let you know when it should be charged.
Question:	Can I operate this tire inflator by plugging it directly into the wall
Answer:	No. This inflator can be powered either by the 20V DC battery pack or the 12V DC Car Adapter pack. The AC charger unit can only be used to charge the battery.

Answer:	There are no user-serviceable parts in both of these units.So unfortunately the hose of PN 00085 & PN 00088 are not replaceable. Fuse: yes they are replaceable.85P's fuse is located inside the cigarette lighter plug assembly.88P's fuse is located inline within the powercord.Thank you

Answer:	I just received mine and it is the new version, with a 16 ft air hose and a 10 ft power cord. This means that I can take power from our 31 ft motorhome's "house" batteries (under the entrance stairs), place the compressor mid-way on the curb side, and comfortably reach all 6 tires.

Step 1: Start the Engine

Step 2: Insert the Cigarette Lighter or Clip the Battery

• Using a battery pinch is the safest and most efficient way to take power. (Best Choice)
• Insert the Cigarette Lighter is the most convenient and quickest way to take power, but you must make sure that the fuse of the lighter is not less than 15A, or the fuse will burn off.

Step 3: Connect the Tire

• The quick connector can be instantly connected to the tire without rotating the connector

Step 4: Set the Inflation Value and Press the Switch

• Press (SET) button to choose the display unit. (4 units available: PSI, KPA, BAR, KG/CM). Press (-) or (+) button to set the desired pressure, and then wait until it stops flashing.
