Answer:	HQ is here and to keep the business lean, they outsource their distribution to China. Amazon then carries it in their warehouse, and ships via local. New way these companies do business to compete and lower costs.

Answer:	The silver bag is about 3/4 gallon. The bag should be changed after every use.
Question:	how do you remove the seat from the bucket so you can put the bag under it
Answer:	There's a trick to removing it. Close the lid, place your knee (or weight) on top of the lid, and pull on the edge of the seat to pop it off. The key is to put weight on the seat while pulling on the edge. It will snap off without causing to the bucket to shift all over the place. This will help keep all the "contents" in the bag, and not all over your seat.
Question:	How many times can you use a bag before changing? How much can it hold
Answer:	We only used ours for empyting our bladder and the bag lasted 3 days. I would always add a little scoopable kitty litter to the top after I used it. It's was only 2 of us that used it. When going #2 I would suggest changing it out more often or adding more litter. We used this for emergencies only and it worked fine.

Answer:	You can always add a little water to the bottom of an empty bag. Once you have grease started in the bag, it will disperse the heat to the rest of the contents in the bag. Question:	If i pour 5 gallons of water in the toiliet waste bag, will i then be able to seal the bag shut and throw it away
Answer:	I wouldn’t recommend. You could probably tie the inner bag shut potentially but the contents would not fit into the thicker outer bag that double seals the contents.

Answer:	too big for a 13 gallon bag. I put contractor bags in there, but those are too big. SO the right size is somewhere in between.

Answer:	It has two velcro straps sewn on top that stick to the bottom that keeps it closed. The storage bag has a zipper also for keeping it nice and neat. It also comes with a ground stake to keep it from blowing away.
Question:	Does this have lid with a zipper to keep critters out
Answer:	Yes, but its flimsy so won't keep out a squirrel or something of that size.

Question:	Can someone recommend a trash bag brand and size that works well with these
Answer:	Yes, it does.
Question:	Instead of using screws to stick it on a wall can I use sticky adhesive pads? I don't want to put holes in the walls
Answer:	Yes. The can itself is what mounts. The lid is removable and can be used without if that's what you want.
Question:	Does the top remove at the flange? If so, it looks like it could be overfilled and then trash would spill over when the lid is removed
Answer:	It comes with two options -- small screws to mount it or adhesive strips to affix it in place. I'm using the adhesive currently with no issues.
Question:	can this be used without the lid
Answer:	Yes you can remove the adhesive strips. The ones that come on the holder aren’t very good. 3M makes some really good adhesive tape. It’s worth replacing the original.

Answer:	Actually only blue containers clearly marked as such are for potable water, so why not?
Question:	How tall is this bucket? It shows 13.8 tall. Is this correct? Thank you
Answer:	It is a 5 gallon bucket.. Think of the Homer buckets you see in Home Depot or the blue buckets in Lowes. Mine is measuring 14" from the bottom to the lip under the seat. The seat adds about another 1 1/2" or so.

Question:	Can someone please give me the dimensions of this? Specifically the depth. Need to make sure I can mount it inside a cabinet door
Answer:	I use Kroger gallon size plastic bags, 10"X14". I have to slightly stretch the top of the plastic bag over the top edges, not enough to tear but just enough to get a nice smooth lining. It does not get a lot of use so I do not have to change the bag very often.
Question:	What's the difference between the pop-a-bag 57061 and
Answer:	I'd imagine it would work but probably more as a temporary use rather than one time use via screws . Adhesive tape pending on brand will probably give away after time
