Answer:	I have a 100a lithium battery with 100w solar panel. I have run this for 6 hours consecutive at night, and I still have at least 40% of my battery. Then, I run it while charging too at day time.

Answer:	I do know they have a fuse in the plug part: I had another device 12 breaking apart and found the fuse and opened another and there was a fuse there too. I just do not know the size of this one. However, so far, it has not disappointed me.

Answer:	Just face it in the opposite direction: For example, if you would rather have it exhaust air out an open window rather than have it pull air in through the window, just turn the fan around and face it so as to blow air out the window… You will accomplish the same effect as reversing polarity would.

Answer:	The grey center button in the middle of the fan is the push in "off, high, medium, low" control switch.

Answer:	it works just like a fan, it does not make the air cold or hot, it just circulates it very quickly. I never tested it to see if it defrosted windows.
Question:	How long is the power cord
Answer:	I can give you a rough estimate. It is approximately 6 ft. I was surprised. I had purchased extension links expecting half that length. No need for them. I have the fan mounted in the back seat areas clipped to the clothes rack above the back window and the extra cord drapes down back to the floor.
Question:	Does the car have to be turned on in order to run the fan
Answer:	It depends on the vehicle. If your cigarette lighter gets hot with the ignition off, then yes the fan will also function while the ignition is off. However it's probably not the best idea because eventually the battery will be drained.

Answer:	Hello I have several models of this fan and this one doesn't work off a modified sine wave inverter but the other models do. . Just a friendly FYI. But this one is fairly quite, not as quite as their other models. For me, the best one is the mid level one with no internal battery. It is very quite and takes very little watts. Answer:	I have run this fan on its lowest speed for over 36 hours continuous on a 20v, 6 amp hour battery. I have also run it on low speed on a Flexvolt 9 amp hour battery but not more than 36 hours yet. You could probably get 48 hours or longer out of that battery.
