Question:	Will theee work if my scissor jacks are angled
Answer:	I don’t think they would work. I think it would put too much of a bind on the arms. The only way I can see how they would work is to leave the arm connector bolt on the scissor jack just a tad loose to allow it to swivel with the arm. But use a nylock self locking nut to keep the connecting bolt in place instead of the regular nut. Don’t want it falling apart !!!

Answer:	My fifth wheel will need a "strut" welded between the front two landing gear. The frame doesn't connect between the I-beams (frame) in the front, so will have to have something welded.

Answer:	2 Jacks, that's if you have two slide out bars. Look under it and they will be about 3 x 3 solid bars with gears on them. You put 1 per each. Not with this company but you can't beat them.

Answer:	They are basically like a screw jack. You rotate the top section counter clockwise to lengthen the jack and clockwise to shorten the jack. They worked imperfectly for me. You just have to be sure that you order the jacks in the correct dimensional range for your application.

Answer:	These struts are more than enough for your needs. I use 2 under a 16 ft slide out weighing hundreds of pounds on my 5th wheel. No problems.

Answer:	Stabilizer jacks are not manufactured for lifting, they are made to firm up against a structural member to prevent flexing, rocking or other undesired motion. Because of this fact, there is no assigned load bearing capacity assigned, as to provide this would be to suggest that they could or should be used to safely lift and hold a given amount of weight. You would use these exactly as you would properly use the stabilizers that cam attached to your unit at the 4 corners. You will adjust these to fit from frame or slide rail to the ground, and then you would additionally provide a small amount of additional force to cause the pads to apply support and stability. If you are noticeably providing lift to the slide or frame structure, you have likely over adjusted and are at risk of damaging the RV and/or the stabilizer jacks.

Answer:	In my experience it will be difficult. The device will fit but, my trailer had approx 2" between the tires and I could not use the supplied wrench to tighten the unit. The wrench would go in but after you tightened one notch you could not remove the wrench without loosening the device. I estimated you would need ay least 2 3/4" to 3" to use the supplied wrench.
Question:	My tires are 16 inches apart, would this extend far enough

Answer:	These are stabilizing jacks and as such are not really suitable for lifting that much weight. However they would probably lift the sedan . Suggestion! For safeties sake get a floor jack discount tool stores have them for under $100.

Answer:	Hello, If you talking about the bolts in the mounting plate. They are 2 inches apart. Front to back. That is center of bolts. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I can only verify information on items sold by classacustoms Extend Height: 24" Collapsed Height: roughly 4" Collapsed Length: roughly 27" (this includes screw) If the distance between the ground and your trailer frame is less than 20 inches you should use 24 inch jacks (not 30 inch jacks) Do Not use the scissors jack to lift excessive weight or tires off the ground. Jack is made to stabilize your unit, not lift unit off the ground. Vehicle frame and door jam damage may result. Do Not use these scissors jack as a tire changing jack.

Answer:	I use it with my Andersen Hitch and it works just as designed.
Question:	stabilizes up to 5, 000 lbs". Does this mean that I can put 5,000 pounds of weight on this tripod
Answer:	Absolutely not. It is a stabilizer to minimize the vibration and wiggle you feel in the front of a fifth wheel. It does not replace the landing gear.
Question:	You say it "stabilizes" up to 5,000 pounds. Does that mean that it can hold up a 5,000 pound weight or that it can only stabilize a 5,000 pound rig
Answer:	Our 32 foot fifth wheel weighs 7500 pounds dry and has a front bedroom. This tripod made a big difference and was well worth the money.
Question:	Does this come with a carrying case
Answer:	No it does not, I haul mine in the bed of the truck and it fits along the side of my Andersen Ultimate gooseneck adapter even with a 60 gallon tank in the front of the 6ft bed. No carry case!

Question:	Are these stabilizing jacks or leveling jacks
Answer:	I believe they are meant to be stabilizing jacks. I have a Trail Manor travel trailer and the manual tells me to use them to level the camper. The normal arm with the socket that they send with the jacks will not lift the camper weight. I have to use a 4-way until I get a electric impact.
Question:	What size drill bit do i need for the bolts
Answer:	Whatever size bolts is the size of drill bit..
Question:	can these be used for a pop up? or are these geared more for a bigger travel trailer
Answer:	While they certainly can be used it would be overkill. There are lighter weight alternatives for a pop up.
Question:	will these be big enough for a 31' rv as far as load capacity
Answer:	Each jack is rated at 5000# each, so the way I see it if there is one jack per corner of trailer they would support a 20000# load, together. I have a 25' trailer and it is not anything near this weight. They support my trailer very well. I have even used one in a pinch to change a tire. I do not recommend doing this though. It would be possible to overload it and damage the jack. They are not made for lifting, just supporting. I'm satisfied with mine. Hope this helps.
