Answer:	The bolt holes were the same on a trailer I bought in 1995. Went right on. No problem.

Answer:	I checked the model number on my broken trailer jack and then found the replacement online. When it arrived, I took the old jack out and the new one slipped perfectly into place. Tightened the bolts into place and was driving down the road in half an hour. I don't have the trailer here so can't check the spacing of bolts, but you did some homework it will work great.
