The changing stations and locking up is most likely a touch screen malfunction which this product will resolve, but if the LCD display is also flickering or dropping out, I would check your battery first and make sure it is fully charged and healthy. I have seen weak batteries cause many display issues.
Question:	My screen appears melted under the screen someone said it was the digitizer will this be the fix for me? Or do I have to buy something else

Answer:	Signals maybe coming from different transmitter spots. Move the antenna higher or horizontal. Try near a window frame. Also, try linking 2 antennas together using a splitter, and feeding both signals into one line to TV.

Answer:	Yes, I bought one for my living room which is away from windows, but I can get less than 20 channels, so I try to find a better position for a better reception, the 16.4 ft long coaxial cable is long enough, I can find a place near the windows where I can get extra 11 channels. Don't forget to rescan the channels when you move the antenna.

Question:	On a dodge caravan, how did you run the wire the length of the van without it showing
Answer:	I installed on a pickup truck. Attached the camera to the license plate and got power from the tail lights. Ran the video wire under the bed protection to the cab; followed the truck's diver to the door, and into the overlap of the interior door frame panel. Followed the path inside the panels to the dash, and mounted the monitor on the dash. Got power to monitor by wiring from switch under the dash and into the interior panels. The interior panels are just screw on, so loosen those and tuck the wires in.
Question:	The screen is not working, can I send it back and get a new one? I do not want to send the enitre thing back because it has already been wired in
Answer:	Talk to the seller (iProbay) tell them what happened. My monitor was bad and they sent the whole kit without asking for ANY of it back, so I got an extra camera to-boot.

Answer:	as your description, I think you need add a filter between system and power souce, because we found some old US - Germany made vehicle the power current is not a DC current, it is just a Pulse signal current when the engine is running. so can you buy a filter to add to reverse lights and camera circult ? if you don't know how to buy one, just contact us [email protected] we can provide one for you

After 1.5 years of research and development, we finally nailed a version that not only met the reception standards of the original but through tweaking we have managed to improve its reception results.
