Answer:	You do not need to install a relay...your vehicle already has a relay. All you have to do is remove the old horns and mount the new horns and connect the wires from the old horns to the new horns. The new horns don't have any + or - markings so it doesn't make any difference how you connect the wires on the new horns.

Answer:	The small states it should fit a 12 to14" doll so it should but you may have to adjust seams and lengths.
