Question:	Do the gauges have temperature for R410a
Answer:	The maximum you can probably get is about 6in in diameter, so roughly 18in in circumference. If you are small you might be able to slide it up past the knee but if you have a measuring tape just check where you would like to use it and make sure you are like 16 inches or less in circumference. I am 6'0 200 and do legs fairly often, it doesn't go past my knee. Hope this helps!
Question:	Which gauge does this set come with? One photo shows a larger segmented vacume area than another photo
Answer:	Personally i would use the Vbar or rope or straight bar. I think you will find these better on side shoulder raises...maybe ab crunches on a cable, and chest flys especially if you have wrist pain in which i would suggest wrist wraps for that. I actually have the 3030 cuffs with me now at the gym and tested it. Definitely awkward, it was fine for one arm but even at 27lbs it felt weird so if you plan on going ultra light you might be ok but otherwise i would not use them for that exercise. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Yes, actually also an extra vacuum hose with a larger diameter. BUT, you need Schrader valves to connect the hoses to the car which are NOT included.

Answer:	This manifold has standard 1/4" male flare fittings used on residential AC and heat pumps. It connects to standard 1/4" hoses with female ends. It can be used for automotive use with the proper acme adapters also available through yellow jacket.
