Answer:	Yes. If you want maximum mpg increases, switch your oil over to pennzoil ultra platinum with pureplus texhnology. It is the best oil and outperforms any other oil on the market pretty much to include Mobil one, royal purple, Castro, etc. Also get a Mobil one oil oil filter to match the pennzoil oil. Also, switch to Shell gasoline v power premium octane, as it will keep your engine cleaner and make it run more efficient than any other fuel at any other gas station. I've ran Mobil, chevron, and texaco, and my car doesn't run like it does with shell v power 91 octane gas. It also quiets down the famous ticking noise our cars make due to the loud direct fuel injection setup we have. I believe that since 91 burns more efficiently and effectively, the injectors don't spray as much fuel since it takes less fuel to burn using 91 compared to 87 which requires more fuel in order to create the same combustion levels in each cylinder. It also keeps your engine running clean and strong

Answer:	I've used it on a 2011 and my 2016 (has the CVT). The sound is good if not exactly the same. If you accelerate smoothly the transmission seems to be able to transition smoothly. However, under heavier acceleration, my Accord still seems to have "ranges' for lack of a better term throughout the increase in RPM and MPH. It will howl.
