Answer:	If you have this type of O2 sensor: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002Q94CLG?*Version*=1&*entries*=0you need to do one of three things to get the back pressure gage attached. 1.) get an old O2 sensor and drill, grind, cut off the guts so that all that remains is the flat plate with two bolt holes,..thread the large center hole (that the guts were removed from) to allow the large standard gage adapter to screw into. 2.) Remove the O2 sensor and determine if the large center hole in the exhaust can be drilled/threaded to fit one of the adapters that came with gage.3.) Measure the male threads (dia. and thread pitch) on the smallest adapter and drill a hole in exh. pipe in a conveniant place before the cat converter and use a tap to thread the hole for the fitting. When done testing,..get a brass plug that is the same thread as the hole you just drilled and tapped. There are also fittings out there that are meant specifically to do this exact thing but have not bothered looking for them. As far as the gage being stuck on 1.5 psi,..it's either defective or it was dropped or too much pressure was hooked to it or it was left connected to hot exhaust for too long. They are meant to take a quick reading for diagnostic purposes only and then disconnected. You should be able to blow in the hose with a strong breath of air and get the gage to go up,..if so just subtract 1.5 psi from the reading to get an accurate number. A good free flowing exhaust will be less than 2 to 2.5 psi at 2500 rpm.
