Answer:	The bully dog works in 1 way and 1 way only with all vehicles. It copies the file that is on your ECM and saves it. Then deletes the file from ECM and uploads the bully dog file, your engine then runs off that file. Then if you ever go back to stock, it reverses the process. This unit has to be plugged in all times in order to work.

Next, plug the input into the ODB2 port under your dash. Route the cable behind the dash over to the side and up behind the side panel (facing the door) and up to the top of the dash. Stick the cable in the back of the unit. Mount using the suction cup. Follow the on-screen instructions about turning the key on and off, etc. during the first boot-up. The first time takes five or ten minutes to discover your car's system. After that, it comes up immediately.

Question:	Can you switch tunes unstead of using a 5 position switch
Answer:	Yes you can, however that would require you to download a different tune every time you decide to change out the current tune. With the 5 position switch, you down load the 5 switch tune once and then just change to the tune you want via switch position. Down loads take 10-15 minutes each VS. Changing switch position which take less then a second.

Answer:	Your phone will connect to the ez lynk and use wifi to communicate. If it used Bluetooth then more than likely iPhone users would have multiple issues and Bluetooth does not have the bandwidth to handle a high volume of data to be transferred at the same time.

Answer:	To install as a programmer or to unlock the ecm for a 13+ cummins you will need the programmer 40420 and this unlock cable.follow instructions and is easy.

Answer:	I believe it's only programmer than can unlock the 2012+ models, once the ecm is unlocked you can throw whatever other programmer you like on it...I'm running bulldog, but I'm also going to replace with the efi live

Answer:	Smaller port on the side is a power wire that should be routed to a keyed ignition fuse source. That provides power when you cycle the ignition key on or off. The HDMI cable should be routed up to the monitor.

I sent 2 emails to their help desk which is a joke and never heard back from them, and I couldn't find a phone number for them anywhere.
