Answer:	It was a bust. It didn’t work at all. It was cheap so I didn’t bother to return it, but don’t waste your money.

Answer:	Scratches are pieces of the paint removed, and the metal underneath it damaged. So, no, nothing except sanding the scratch out of the metal and repainting is actually going to remove a scratch. Miniscule surface scratches in the top coat only (called "swirls") can be kept filled in regularly and made to look like they're removed, or buffed out of the top coat with a buffer and some compound, but the bottom line is, nothing is actually going to "remove" scratches. It just minimizes their appearance for awhile. And you wash your car FIRST, not after you put this on!
Question:	Will it keep completley remove the scratch or after a few washes does the scratch reappears and I have to keep using this product
Answer:	No it will not completely remove the scratch. It will temporarily get rid of light scratches. Deeper scratches are less visible. It does restore the shine and yes after several washes you will need to reapply. For the price it is a very good product.

Answer:	I ordered 3 cans of paint, two of them were so old that no matter how long you shook them, the paint came out in globs & they were useless. I tried to RMA the paint, but Amazon told me that I couldn't ship them back because they're flamable, but I couldn't have a refund unless I returned the product. I've had good success with dupli-color before when buying it from the Auto Parts store, but I would recommend getting it locally rather than on Amazon.
Question:	I have a scratch on my bumper will i be able to just do the area with all the products or will i have to do the entire bumper to get it to blend
Answer:	You should not have to paint the entire bumper. First, prep the area where the scratch is. Clean the entire bumper, then depending on the depth of the scratch, you may want to lightly sand and area surrounding the scratch until all is smooth. Then wipe lightly with laquer thinner. Mask off the bumper to isolate it from the car. Get Dupli-color primer and apply a few light coats. Let them dry well before applying more. This will build up the area around the scratch that you had sanded. Let the primer dry overnight. Next, get some 400 and 600 grit sandpaper (wet type) and with a wet piece of 400, sand lightly the entire primed area. Keep dipping the paper in water and don't use fingertips! Clean area with wet cloth and repeat process with 600grit wet paper and you can then sand some of the areas surrounding the primer (scuff the painted surfaces around the repair) Clean it up with damp clothes and let dry. Apply the paint in light coats in a side to side motion. Don't try to cover the primer too fast. Light coats work best and allow dry time in between coats. Eventually the primer will be covered and some of the new paint will then overlap the original paint on bumper (this is part of the blending process) Once all is covered and you cannot see the primer under the paint, let it dry overnight.Next day, get some 1000 grit wet paper and sand the entire repair area lightly. This will help smooth out the new paint. Dont sand too hard so as to make the primer exposed. Sand beyond the new paint so as to scuff up the old untouched paint on the bumper. You are getting the surrounding area ready for the clear cloat blend.Wipe with clean wet cloth and when thoroughly dry you can apply the dupli color clear coat using the same light coat, overlap method. Now you will want to go beyond the repair area bringing the clear coat into the original painted surfaces by a few inches all around. Let the clear coat dry in between coats. Once clear is applyed, let it dry overnight. Next day you can wet sand the entire repair area with 1000 wet paper. Remember, no finger tips. Use your palm or get a sanding block but go lightly. Once you have finished sanding, wipe clean with wet cloth and then polish with Light polishing compound. You can do this by hand if you dont have a buffer. It may sound complicated, but that's a process that will give you the best results outside of going to a body shop. Another consideration, if the scratch is small, get a bottle of duplicolor touch up. It has the brush built in and you can possibly just carefully use the brush and paint to fill in the scratch. Question:	It appears to be great on surface scratches. So I assume it would work on scuff marks and scratches from shopping carts and door dings
Answer:	Yes, Quixx PSR is wonderful for use on scuff marks, color transfer from other objects, etc. Quixx PSR is designed to remove scratches. Thus, Quixx is not suitable for a door ding. If may remove a fine scratch or color transfer (ie: scuff mark) from the door ding, but the actual indentation will not be repairable with this product. Thank you.
Question:	Does this just fill the scratch in
Answer:	The technical term for how Quixx PSR works is Plastic Deformation. What actually happens is that spherical shaped, extra hard micro polishing agents produce a very high pressure on the surface causing the paint to exceed its elastic limits. Thus, the surrounding paint material is then allowed to flow back into the scratch. Additionally, the corners and the edges of the scratch are rounded by the polishing agents allowing a smooth surface to re-emerge. Quixx will do a good job on fine to medium scratches. It does not temporarily cover up the scratch. If the scratch is repairable with Quixx PSR, it is removed for good. If the scratch is too deep, a professional will have to be employed to repair the area.
Question:	does it blend in the color of your vehicle
Answer:	Yes, in the beginning a white paste is created but that just aids in helping you know what area has to be buffed. Truth be told, I was more concerned about taking sandpaper to my Cadi than anything else. But I was really impressed with the result and started looking for scratches to erase on my bike, which it did. Btw, my Cadi is red and the bike is black. It didn't alter the color on either.

Answer:	If u are looking to restore black trim there is nothing better than solution finish... as a dressing or semi permanent restoration, this is fine.... For just enhancement, vrp is fine

Answer:	Worth is in the eyes of the beholder. I am kinda picky when it comes to appearance and this stuff satisfied my expectations. The interior panels look as good as new.
Question:	Will this work on our 2010 original dodge charger pillars. It will save a lil money if it will restore the black in them
Answer:	I used it on the plastic edging and grill on my 2002 Audi TT (was white and powdery from age/sun exposure) and it went basically back to looking new. If you are using it on a big surface (ie not just edges), I'd recommend being very generous in your application and maybe get 2 bottles. Also, wash and dry the surface before you apply the stuff. If the pillars are plastic/vinyl and not polished and have that white powdery look from age, it will probably work. It doesn't work like paint though, so if you have peeling paint or something, this won't bring back that color. It's more for aged plastic/vinyl parts.

Question:	I have some spots that are engrained with bird poop stains, i am curious if you think this will help restore paint
Answer:	We would give it a try, as it will not hurt. The problem with bird stains is that sometimes if it is long enough, it can be caked into the paint and be deep in the clear coat. In this case if our swirl remover does not help alone, we recommend wetsanding with a 2000 grit sand paper in that spot, lightly. Then use our Cadaleem car scratch remover kit to polish that part out. This will make your paint look like new.

Answer:	It does package well. I just keep it in a normal environment and it is fine. If you need to store it for a long time don’t open it.

Answer:	To get the best blend like others have said, wet sand the area with 2500-3000 grit paper until smooth to touch. Then use a polish on slightly larger diameter than before. Wipe off polish and see if it’s un-noticeable. Repeat polish process until you’re happy with blend. Best to watch some YouTube videos before doing it

Answer:	One tube covered half of a square foot (one coat) on my Honda Fit. The pen tip stopped working after using just a quarter of the paint, but the brush continued to work until I ran out of paint. Each coat requires 1/2 hour dry time. The clear coat has its own brush. It covered a quarter of a square foot.
