Question:	Is this a paint or just a transparent spray to prevent rust? Can I just spray it on the wheels of camry 2010? Or there are additional steps
Answer:	It's a clearcoat, so technically it's transparent paint. And yes you can just spray on your wheels, there are additional steps that the manufacturer recommends, or I personally; like sanding, applying primer, applying color(painting) and then clear with this product to get good results. I did the 4 wheels on my car and they look awesome but I took a lot of time doing prep. If you don't do the prep work it can still be done just don't have high expectations and later blame the product because you didn't put the work in it. At least make sure the surface it's clean, and keep in mind it's clear paint so it will not cover any defects, to get a glossy finish spray a light coat followed by one or two wet coats, be careful to not let the paint run when you apply the wet coats. As for the rust prevention I din't know.
Question:	Will this product adhere to raw aluminum or does does it need to go on over paint
Answer:	Best to use 2K epoxy or self etching primer over clean well prepared aluminum. Do not let anyone tell you orherwise.

Answer:	I use this on my dump truck metal sides. It also stays very well on my wood sideboards too. I just give it 2 or 3 coats and let it soak in.

Answer:	I was able to paint the outsides of 4, 17" rims and the center caps with 2-3 coats, with less than 4 cans. The trouble I had is that the paint really needs to bake so that the surface will harden. The appearance was great, but didn't last. I think if I had the ability to bake the paint, it would still look great and last the elements.

Question:	Has anyone wetsanded after using the clear gloss? How long did it take to cure
Answer:	I wetsanded the clear gloss over this and it all came right off, sanded down to my fricken primer with 2000 grit. I couldnt believe it. I have to repaint the whole thing now kinda blows....

Answer:	I used on my 2014 BMW 528i Rims, I also uses the clearcoat to protect is from scratching easily, works great
Question:	Do you have to primer, first
Answer:	You should and it will run less and cure better, but you don't absolutely have to. If you skip primer, you have to degrease and clean the entire wheel in soap and water, then wet sand the entire surface to get through the clear coat or acrylic barrier in the paint layer, 800-2000 grit until the entire rim looks hazy when you wipe it dry. Then clean it with isopropyl alcohol, and use air to blow any remaining fibers or debris away from the wheel. All your coats must be 5-30 minutes apart, not sooner, not longer. First two coats, just lightly dust it, don't worry about coverage. Next coat should be a light overall coat that is not wet and glossy (pull it back!). Once that tacks up a bit, then you can apply a medium wet coat, by repeating the light coat you did over and over until it STARTS to look wet and glossy. Don't keep going over a spot that already does. Let it cure untouched for 7 days. Your paint will be good.

Answer:	I live in Oregon and it’s done well on my iron gate. To prep it I used a wire brush to mainly loosen any chips. I didn’t prime first.

Answer:	I don't know what an intermediary coat is, as well as etching primer. I used it as a primary coat on all the exterior plastic (BUMPERS, etc) after wash and clean, 3 coats. Then I applied Rust-Oleum 248656 Professional Grade Rubberized Undercoating Spray, Black 3 coats and finally, Rust-Oleum Black, Matte BlackRust-Oleum Automotive 251574 Trim and Bumper Spray 3 coats. All my bumpers were restored to a beautiful practically new look in black. They were previously gray and sun bleached.

Answer:	Yes, but it is fairly thin and designed for a hard finish like metal or fiberglass. A thicker primer designed for wood would work better.

Answer:	When Allowed To Cure, Yes It Is (for paint to cure properly, it's usually 72 hours---should say on can).

Answer:	I would say no. Its hard and chips. Not flexible. Its probably ruin the fabric. I used it on metal and a tape covered lamp to no success.
Question:	This spray I can use for paint my fiance please let me know
Answer:	No. To be safe you would have to use special gold body makeup and a special air brush sprayer to spray your fiance gold or any other color for that matter. Also in the interest of safety, both you and your fiance will need to wear proper PPE (personal protective equipment) including respirators, air tight goggles and latex gloves (for you). You may want to wear a paint suit and shoe protection as will as a plastic hood to protect your hair. Ensure that you have proper ventilation if you plan to do this indoors by opening all windows in the room where this is done. Lay down a plastic tarp on the floor and close the doors to the room to minimize overspray. This still begs the question: why do you want to paint your fiance? Just because you can does not mean you should. I personally advise against it unless your fiance has a specific reason why they want to be painted, for example if they were going to participate in a parade or something of that nature, however I still do not personally recommend that you spray paint your fiance.

Question:	I got a powder-coated steel hammock frame, and it is rusting. Can I used this on that, and how scratch-proof is it
Answer:	It depends on what you are painting...and whether you can keep a light and steady hand for spraying. Also, you need an area to work that you don’t have to worry too much about overspray. With a brush you can get stroke lines, especially if you have broad surfaces. Most of the time I prefer to spray, as it ends up looking smooth.
Question:	Can you use this on a rusty car exhaust
Answer:	Pretty sure the only difference is the spray nozzle. This one comes with the white "spray at any angle" nozzle, considering you'd likely be spraying it on the underbody. The other can (with the chair graphic) uses the conventional red nozzle. These can't be swapped easily either, as the conventional nozzle is all one piece into the can, whereas the white one is assembled on a separate stem that goes into the can. Of course, if you have a decent 3d printer or are crafty with a rotary tool, you can manage to make an adapter to use the white nozzle on any can.
Question:	which works better spray or paint on
Answer:	Not really. It depends also like if you spray it on rims, they get really hot and after a month or so you might be able to. Most masking tapes will tear the rubber spray paint when peeled off but I've found 3M edgelock isnt as sticky

Answer:	Yes, I’ve used a clear top coat many times but do not apply the top coat until the base paint is fully cured, I repeat fully cured. In my experience the base paint may orange peel when a top coat is applied at less than 4-5 days at 75F+ temps and
Question:	How shiny would the "gloss" of this product be
Answer:	Not if you want a bird to live there, in my opinion. Birds tend to use their beaks to maneuver in cages, even if they aren't clipped. Any paint will be ingested by their strong beaks when they do so. Your best bet is to talk to a veterinarian or a pet store and find out which are safe. Normally beyond paint choice, the cage goes through a heating process which makes it safe for birds. I have no idea where to go to get that done though, another question for your local veterinarian or pet store. Hopefully this is helpful.
Question:	can I use a top coat
Answer:	I've used it on some of my automotive suspension parts, coated it with another acrylic coating, and it has all held up pretty well IMO. I think if you prep the surface properly and thoroughly, it should hold up pretty decently.
Question:	Is this paint safe to paint a birdcage
Answer:	Have been using this on rusty exhaust for years. Can't say I've tried it on headers, but has worked great for years on exhaust. I had rust on tail pipes from the morning drip. Sprayed the inside of the tail pipe for as far as the spray would go and had no more rusting.
