Answer:	I had a problem once with priming after spraying and the tank got low......I took a water hose and stuck it on the valve in bottom of the tank and the pressure from the hose helped the pump prime and after that I just never let tank get plum empty..........good luck hope this helps

Titanium Application Instructions

While not required for Titanium exhaust wrap, HT Silicone Coating will protect and prolong the life of the wrap. DEI recommends a minimum of three coats, each heat cycled for curing before applying the next coat. To cure, HT Silicone Coating needs to reach a temperature of 400°F for approximately 2 hours. Allow to cool before applying the next coat.

Answer:	I have a 2015 Q50 hybrid Sport and I have the same problem, rust all over the exhaust system, and this was a California car. I am going to try to use Rust-Oleum rust reformer which turns rust black and then you can paint over it. I want to try it in a few spots and see how well it holds up to the heat of the exhaust system and if it looks good after week or so I'm going to go ahead and paint over the Rust-Oleum rust reformer with this product. I will post an update hear when available.

Answer:	I can’t see why not. Though I expect it might look slightly discolored if it gets terribly hot. Should perform better than high temp spray paint at any rate. Be sure to ventilate the space the first few times you use the stove. This paint uses heat to cure.

Answer:	It should work for a mold. But if make repeated forms in the mold you will need to teapply at certain intervals. And material not be above 1500 degrees.

Answer:	Yes it can it will withstand temps up to I believe 1500 degrees but it depends as to how close you get to actual exhaust head. I think you should be fine using this on exhaust pipes with no problems but I do recommend at least two to three coats. Hope this helps good luck.

Answer:	This would not work as insulation as it is only paint. It is a paint that maintains its integrity in high heat environments .

I had to return it because one of the connections failed and tractor supply could not supply a new 25 gallon tank. Answer:	No! will not stick to chrome..best bet is a Jet Hot Coating from a powder coater.. This stuff does not hold up well under high heat conditions, will flake off at the hot bends of pipes

Answer:	Mine only took about hour of riding. Just depends on how wet they got. Once dry all good

Answer:	It is 2 inches wide and i think like 30 feet long x2 rolls. I used his kit to cover my full length headers and i had like 10 feet left over. This kit more than handles any headers. I would order more long stainless steel tie wraps though, you will need way more than the kit has. Hope this helps

Answer:	If you mean to coat something to cook food on, I would certainly not recommend that. This paint spays better than any spray paint I have used but I am sure that VHT would not recommend contact with food, especially at high temperature. I would not recommend using any paint to cook food on.
Question:	How long can VHT102 paint be on surface before curing process starts
Answer:	None of these answers are accurate. VHT Flame-proof paints require the user to cure the paint by applying heat in a baking style. If you are applying the paint to an object that you've removed from the vehicle: (1) Let paint dry completely. (2) Heat to 250°F for 30 minutes. (3) Cool for 30 minutes. (4) Heat to 400°F for 30 minutes. (5) Cool for 30 minutes. (6) Heat to 650°F for 30 minutes. If you can't fit the part that you're painting in the oven, then you'll have to put it back on the vehicle and follow the instructions for curing the paint while on your vehicle: (1) Let paint dry completely. (2) Run at idle for 10 minutes. (3) Cool for 20 minutes. (4) Run at idle for 20 minutes. (5) Cool for 20 minutes. (6) Run under normal operating conditions for 30 minutes. And there you go. Question:	Would a engine with a bad motor mount or two affect the curing process
Answer:	Unless your motor mounts are extremely bad I.E. your whole engine shakes around like an unbalanced washing machine, then it should not affect the curing process. If they are in fact that bad, then you should probably fix that before applying wet paint and attempting to cure it with a massive vibrator.
