Question:	Is this wet clutch certified? Wondering if I can use this in a 2005 Arctic Cat
Answer:	I checked a virgin oil analysis for this oil, it showed no moly to speak of in the oil. Moly is typically what causes issues in a wet clutch system. I have used Castrol 0-30 in my wet clutch motorcycle and it performs very well. The formulation for the Castrol 0-30 and 0-40 appear to be very close, outside of the viscosity. The 0-30 is considered a "heavy" 30 weight the 0-40 is considered a "light" 40 weight. I would use this oil in my wet clutch applications.
Question:	Is this truly fully Synthetic or is it a synthetic blend? If it's fully synthetic - whats the advantage of Castrol EDGE Extended Performance 0W
Answer:	This is a full Synthetic, I believe the EDGE product line is always fully synthetic. The advantage of using to 0W-20 is usually improved fuel economy or gas mileage. Some newer import engines specify either 5W-20 or 0W-20, but if you can you should use 0W-20 as it generally reduces start-up friction compared to 5W-20. Some people are also using 0W-20 even if their engines call for 5W-30 for the benefit of reduced startup wear and improved fuel economy.

Answer:	The mfr. States that it blends well with most oils,however, I believe the oils formulated for those type out drives are formulated to have a low affinity for water contamination. That is to say your oil could foam up from simple condensation in the gearbox while using the Lucas where it would likely not foam with the merc oil.

Answer:	I change my oil every spring, I put an average of 5,000 miles a year on my 05 Road King. I have read that with this oil you can go 10,000 miles between changes but I always like to start the riding season with fresh fluids.

Answer:	Not all Harley's have the same capacity. I have a 2011 soft tail that holds a quart ( 32 Oz.) and a 2009 Road King that holds 36 Oz. You should check your bikes engine manual and see what you need so you can be prepared to service your bike per the manufactures recommendations.

Answer:	Lucas gear oil and other synthetic gear oil's due not require an additional additive. I run Lucas gear oil in the gear box and non-slip rear end of my 2012 Mustang GT without any additional additives. The stuff works!

Answer:	The year really does not matter except to look up what type of oil is needed, if it calls for ATF, then gear oil will not work, if it calls for 90W gear oil, then the 75-90W will work, some times in hot or extreme you will need 140W, look in your glove box manual for type needed or look online, I run this lucas in my motorcycle final drive and transmission, hope this helps...or call Orileys and ask

Answer:	As long as your engine is still stock you are better to use the proper grade oil. Ford recommends 5w20 in most their applications. You “MAY” still get your noise to quite down and or go away by using redlines 5w20. Their oils tend to be in the upper limits of the accepted viscosity ranges. They also use a very robust additive pack.

Answer:	Don't mix it with water . Just add entire bottle to the radiator or coolant tank , preferably the radiator and ONLY when engine is cool . It is only 1 ounce of fluid so it will not overflow radiator . Then run engine like normal and check periodically for fluid leaking . You will notice the dye because it is teen age mutant ninja turtle primordial ooze flourescent green, even without a uv or black light , but ONLY once it mixes with the coolant in the engine. When you open the bottle it does NOT look green or fluorescent at all .

Answer:	I didn't measure it but it appeared to be 2" or more. This is a massive radiator. It was 3/8 - 1/2" taller than stock and required me to bend the upper brackets that hold it in. Amazing how easy it was to install. I did have to remove trans cooler fittings from old radiator and install on new.
