I now average anywhere between 19.5 (city) and just under 25 (highway). I'm not sure just how much of a fuel increase can be contributed to this product, but I no longer go without it!

Answer:	I use this on every fill up because it lubricates the upper cylinder which increases my gas mileage by about 9%. So it definitely pays for itself. Tho I buy it a gallon at a time and use the smaller bottle to pour into my gas tank. Also, I only put about 7 or 8oz in a 20 gallon tank. Too much of this stuff actually lowers gas mileage. I know from personal experience. If you're looking for a one-per-year cleaner, you really need to look at Techron. This Lucas Oil fuel treatment isn't a strong enough cleaner to use only once per year. I use Techron every other oil change to keep injectors and whatnot clean, but use this Lucas Oil treatment for MPG gains only (from lubricant affects).

Answer:	I have been around car trucks tractors etc. all my life. I Store gasoline in plastic 5 gal jug for up to 6 to 8 months with no problems. Gas stays fresh and no repairs needed in my carb. or fuel inj. motors. But I can not tell how long it work in e85. Hope this helps

Answer:	There are two answers. If premium fuel 93 Octane is fresh in the tank just prior to storage the Lucas product will be OK. Longer than 6 months I would go with Stabil or like product which is advertised for 12 months. If you utilize less than 93 Octane premium fuel then use Stabil for 6-12 months of storage. Colin

Answer:	for what it's worth, I have a 2016 Mustang that I run Ethanol only and have for 5 years. Planning to get this to see if it helps any incase I do have buildup, but it sits from Nov to March every winter with a full tank of Ethanol and has never had a problems from it. We get wet winters.

Answer:	Techron has a web site and a contact number to call. Unless someone has opened up the engine block and tested how this additive performs, they are just guessing. Granted, Techron may just be trying to sell you something that you do not need, or need every 3,000 miles.

Answer:	Don't try to peel it off. Just pierce it through the center (not at the edge) with a sharp pointed blade, like one on a little Swiss Army keychain knife. Leave the slit alone and don't try to peel any of the seal off. If you just pierce it in the center and don't try to pull off or peel any pieces it will remain intact and tightly adhere to the bottle neck and thus continue to provide an effective seal when you close the cap.

Answer:	I just used Sea Foam in my oil for the first time. I have a 50 year old car with its original, never-rebuilt motor. The lifters have been tapping for awhile so I thought it was worth a try. I added Sea Foam to the crankcase oil according to the directions (1.5 oz. per quart of oil). I let the motor run for about 15 minutes. The lifter noise went away almost immediately. Afterwards, I changed the oil as normal. When I drained the old oil, it was noticeably thinner due to the presence of the Sea Foam. I added new oil and filter, and the engine runs like a top now. No more noise. This stuff is great.
