I put the following information into their search 2016 FORD F150 2.7L V6 F/I - All it indicated that this the correct filter. There is a lot of information on their site. I have been very happy with the filter, I had a 2005 F150 that I put the full cold air intake on and truly do not think my benefit was any better than just using this filter with the standard air box. I did have a Ford mechanic suggest that probably be happier using the AEM filter with the standard airbox with my 2012 F150 because he said that it would get quite loud if I changed out the intake, I'm glad I took his advice. I pull a 1993 Jackson Omega horse trailer that weighs over 4000lbs empty, put 3 horses with that it goes over 7000 lbs and the truck does not complain. Well other than the gas guage! |

How To Use.
Step 1,
Remove the banjo bolt, install 12mm Banjo bolt test port.
Step 2,
removing the brass cap, connect the blue hose.
Step 3,
blue hose connect transparent hose, remove fuel cap and inset the end of clear tubing into the gas neck.
Step 4,
starting fuel pump,(Turn the car key to "on", but do not start the engine), diesel and air will flow in the pipe to the fuel tank. Repeat several times until there are no bubbles in the pipe.
Step 5,
When got all the air out of the fuel system, you can stay the test port, save for the next oil change, or remove it and reinstall the original banjo bolt.

| Answer: | I've used both of these products to clean my engine internals, fuel system etc. I have an Infiniti G35 with a 3.5 V6. I can't really speak to the difference between the two products in detail other than reading and researching the ingredients and purposes of each. However, I used to have really bad pinging due to carbon buildup and tried Seafoam and Lucas deep clean... But I found that they relieved symptoms only temporarily. Now I exclusively use Gumout Multi System Tuneup as it works much better than Seafoam and Lucas. It has a higher concentration of P.E.A. which is scientifically proven to clean engine internals and fuel system components. I would also give high marks to Redline SL1 and BG 44K but they are more expensive. Watch reviews/tests of Gumout MST on YouTube via Scotty Kilmer and several others... Best of luck to you... |

| Answer: | I think it cleans up to 25 gallons. I use it once a month and wont use anything else. but i also drive about 1000 miles a month. Just dont over use it or it will cause some problems. Keeps your fuel system and intake clean. |

| Answer: | No, you do not have to wait until nearly empty to use the product. Per the instructions, one container treats up to 20 gallons. Obviously, more will be required for more than 20 gallons. Pour the container(s) into the fuel tank, top off with fuel, and go. The product is highly concentrated and really works great. I recommend using one bottle every 3 - 5000 months miles. I believe in this product wholeheartedly. Hope this helps. |
