Question:	It's good to put it before fill up or after
Answer:	Dump it in at the pump before filling up. That way the fuel rushing into the tank will mix it in rather than dumping it in after filling. Eventually it'll attain uniform mixture but dump then pump will mix it right away.

Answer:	It says right on the bottle, you can add it in the crankcase 100-300 miles right BEFORE oil change.
Question:	how does it do in motor oil
Answer:	I just used Sea Foam in my oil for the first time. I have a 50 year old car with its original, never-rebuilt motor. The lifters have been tapping for awhile so I thought it was worth a try. I added Sea Foam to the crankcase oil according to the directions (1.5 oz. per quart of oil). I let the motor run for about 15 minutes. The lifter noise went away almost immediately. Afterwards, I changed the oil as normal. When I drained the old oil, it was noticeably thinner due to the presence of the Sea Foam. I added new oil and filter, and the engine runs like a top now. No more noise. This stuff is great.

Answer:	I use this on every fill up because it lubricates the upper cylinder which increases my gas mileage by about 9%. So it definitely pays for itself. Tho I buy it a gallon at a time and use the smaller bottle to pour into my gas tank. Also, I only put about 7 or 8oz in a 20 gallon tank. Too much of this stuff actually lowers gas mileage. I know from personal experience. If you're looking for a one-per-year cleaner, you really need to look at Techron. This Lucas Oil fuel treatment isn't a strong enough cleaner to use only once per year. I use Techron every other oil change to keep injectors and whatnot clean, but use this Lucas Oil treatment for MPG gains only (from lubricant affects).

Prior to its use I'd averaged 17mpg, then performed a replacement on plugs, wires, and air filter (upgrading to a K&N); in addition to cleaning the MAF and throttle body (all on my own, mind you!). I now average anywhere between 19.5 (city) and just under 25 (highway). I'm not sure just how much of a fuel increase can be contributed to this product, but I no longer go without it!

Answer:	Techron has a web site and a contact number to call. Unless someone has opened up the engine block and tested how this additive performs, they are just guessing. Granted, Techron may just be trying to sell you something that you do not need, or need every 3,000 miles.
Question:	it's a real pain to open Techron bottle's seal. do you guys have any tips on opening it easily
Answer:	Don't try to peel it off. Just pierce it through the center (not at the edge) with a sharp pointed blade, like one on a little Swiss Army keychain knife. Leave the slit alone and don't try to peel any of the seal off. If you just pierce it in the center and don't try to pull off or peel any pieces it will remain intact and tightly adhere to the bottle neck and thus continue to provide an effective seal when you close the cap.
Question:	I found an old unopened bottle of the original concentrate, not the Plus. Probably 10 years old. Is it still OK to use
Answer:	Yes, its fine to use. The ingredients don't go bad for maybe 20 plus years or more

Answer:	I don't know if it will "refresh" gasoline that old. It should reduce some of the "gummy" deposits that form in older gas. I once used this successfully to unclog the fuel jets on an outboard motor by simply pouring a fairly high concentration of it into the fuel tank and letting it sit a few days. However, three years is a long time for gas to sit if it wasn't already mixed with a good fuel stabilizer all that time. If you mix this stuff with fresh gas, I would definitely feel comfortable using that gas 1 to 2 years later (and have done so in my lawn mower), expecting good results.
Question:	Should I add this to gas cans in storage

He let the tank set for about 30 hours and the whole tank was treated and acceptable when he opened the spigot on the tank. It’s easy to tell bad fuel by the smell. It’s also easy to tell your fuel has been recovered by smell. He used all 150 gallons and even fueled up his 2018 Corvette with fuel from the tank.

Answer:	Use 1 ounce to every 2.5 gallons of fuel. As far as your snow blower you will need to estimate how much fuel it holds or what amount is in the tank. Adding too much stabilizer will not harm anything. I suggest you add stabilizer to the fuel in a gas container and mix that way. Then add to your snow blower or any other item you may have.

Answer:	From my understanding it’s because the seller is in your state. When you buy product from seller or of state there are no taxes. That’s why the government is trying to pass new laws to be able to tax the products.

Answer:	This Rislone stuff works REALLY well, especially if you've never used a fuel system cleaner to clean your fuel lines & intake. To get the maximum cleaning effect, you should run your tank down to 1/5 of a tank, and THEN put in the whole bottle and drive your car around until you get down to only 25 miles left and THEN, fill up to ONLY a 1/2 tank. This is my only "system" and it's not what they say to do on the bottle. In essence, when you put the bottle in, with 1/2 a tank and THEN, filled up.....you just diluted the strength of that 1 x bottle, by adding all the extra fuel. Try doing what I suggested and it will clean your fuel lines out very very well plus any carbon buildup within your intake or combustion chamber. Good Luck.

Answer:	It depends. You use 1 oz per 5 gallons to store gas and 1 oz to 10 gallons in your gas tank to reduce ethanol and keep your fuel system clean.
