That was after I went to the Bell website to see how to measure and ordered the 1st one that didn’t fit, then the next size up, that also didn’t fit. I have a helmet now that I love wearing. The shop changed both of the cheek pads in the helmet for smaller ones and now, it is the most comfortable helmet i’ve Ever owned.

Answer:	I think depressed up is open. BTW was hit by a car and wearing this helmet on 3/28/17. Took full impact on right side of Helmet traveling about 40 MPH after going over the handle bars. No head injury! Bluetooth still worked, visor popped off. I would recommend this Helmet.

Helmet sizing information

• To achieve proper helmet fitment, begin by finding your head circumference size using the method described below. Remember that the helmet size you choose should fit around the crown of your head comfortably with no pressure points. The cheek pads should fit firmly around your face. Once your chin strap is fastened, grab the helmet's chin bar and move it side to side. Your cheeks should move with the helmet, which should not slide across your face. Different thickness cheek pads can be purchased to obtain the perfect fit.

Head measurement instructions

• Wrap a flexible tape measure around your head approximately one inch above the eyebrows and ears. Use this measurement (in either inches or centimeters) to find your helmet size in the chart above.

My ears get folded over when I put my helmet on

• That’s normal. Watch a MotoGP race, and you’ll even see the pros adjusting their ears as they gear up. As long as you can push your ears back to a natural position and your ears do not hurt, you’re good to go. Again, it’s all about how the helmet fits once it’s actually in position.

I can’t even get my head into the helmet, even though the chart said this was my size

• That might actually be your size. GLX helmets have more neckroll cushioning than others. Hold the helmet by the two straps, with your thumbs pressing the straps against the helmet. Gently spread the helmet’s opening a little, then try pulling it over your head. If it still doesn’t fit, don’t force it. Stop and try the next size up.

I think my helmet is too tight

• If you can’t put it on at all, then that’s obviously too tight. If you can get it on, but it hurts where it presses against your head, that’s also too tight. If it’s snug all around, too snug to chew gum, that’s about right. Don’t forget about that 15 percent to 20 percent break-in that will occur.

Answer:	i would go a little bigger than normal. i have to different LS2 helmets and they both fit different. You could try a Medium an it maybe just right. If you were trying a Scorpion helmet hands down you would go bigger that normal because they run smaller
