Answer:	I wouldn't consider it waterproof in the sense that the fabric may not withstand being dunked in a bucket of water. However, the fabric is very thick and the stitching is also heavy duty so I can't imagine the soft inside ever coming in contact with an outside source. The fabric is also easy to clean; responds well to being wiped down.

Answer:	Yes. I bought 2 of the 12"x7" rims, with a backspace or called 5"x2" off set. Back side being 5" and of course 2" outside offset. However, make sure you pick the proper lug pattern. Mine are 4x110 but that's for a Honda Rancher. I couldn't find the Amazon number for these. They were $42.67 each. I hope this all helped!

Answer:	These rims will fit that tire on that quad, but do research on the “center bore” or “hub size” because this center bore was too small for my 1999 grizzly 600. The “tabs” on the hub don’t let the rim sit flat onto the hub.
