Answer:	These boots come in Austrailian size. I am a size 9 US women and ordered the 6.5 AU size they said is comparable. The sizes they listed were a little confusing but if you read them all there is usually a US comparison. I've owned this brand boot for over 15 years and once you figure out what your AU size is, they are true to size.

Answer:	The best way is to measure the length of your foot and use the size chart on their website. I bought maybe 3 pairs based on other's suggestions for size conversion, eventually measuring my foot in millimeters and got a perfect fit. Remember that they are natural leather and will stretch over time, especially if you wear thick socks. I typically wear a Women's size 10 and was initially pleased with the size 8 550's but after about a year of daily wear (and breaking them in in the winter) they are huge. I will probably go with a 7 for my next pair. If you can, go to a Good Feet or Comfort One hoe store, they usually carry them and you can try on to get the best fit.

Answer:	Understand these measurments were taken over the top of stuff in the way, but I obtained the most accurate amounts possible without removing the drawer and emptying it. The useable amount from the top of the unit to the bottom (what I would call depth) is approx. 4.5 inches to say 6, but closer to the 4.5. The width that is across the front of the unit is approx. 13 inches and the length or from front to back is right at 18 inches. Please give or take a portion of inches on each amount that is the 13. may actually be 12 an 5/8 or something to that affect.

Answer:	There is no fan on my BX1500M. Is quiet on Utility power and only a very low hum on battery power if you place your ear close to it.

Answer:	The 1500VA/900watt rating has absolutely NOTHING to do with the run time. It is a rating of the maximum output level for a very short period of time. The BX1500M uses a 12 Volt 9 Ampere hour battery that means it stores 108 watt/hours of energy. The inverter (the electronic circuit that converts the stored 12 Volt DC power to 117 Volt AC power) is far from 100% efficient, and will not operate if the battery is near complete discharge, so the actual stored energy output for this device is 68 minutes at a 100 watt load. At the full load output of 900 watts the UPS will provide power for about 5 to 6 minutes before the battery is depleted and it shuts down.

Answer:	I did the same thing on my first unit, didn't plug in the battery. Went for a long time because the rest of the unit was working ok and I WAS SURE it would work if needed. It never would switch to safe shut down mode. FINALLY I opened the unit and found the battery disconnected ! Will make sure the next unit will have the battery hooked up as per directions.

Answer:	Within the light assembly, all 3 of these--emergency, brake, and turn lights--are the same. (The other light is the parking light.) Assuming these lights are mounted on a trailer, and the connection to the tow vehicle is a standard 7-pin or 4-pin connection, then the problem is with the tow vehicle's wiring system. If one of these 3 lights is working, then the trailer's wires and the connection are good.
