Answer:	Yes it's the exact same scooter that Bird originally used (1st generation). My brother use to be a Bird mechanic and charger and he bought this exact same scooter back in 2018. There are two differences between this one and Birds. Bird cuts the pole right before the folding mechanism and replaced the hinge with a rigid collar. Bird also removed the original blue tooth dashboard/circuit board on the top and replaced it with their own brain. There are two speed modes...Normal 15.5 mph and economy 12.5 mph. Bird only used the faster Normal mode.

To get this right, lay the platform upside down behind the vehicle with the ramp hinge edge on the desired side. Stand behind tne vehicle and platform facing the rear of the vehicle. Now position the square tube between the two angles at the middle of the platform. The tube is longer than the width of the platform. Position it so that the end of the tube is even with the edge of the platform that is closest to the vehicle. The other end will extend beyond the opposite edge of the plarform and away from the vehicle.. Install and tighten the bolts that connect the square tube to the platform. With a helper, flip the platform over and the hinge edge will be on the desired side.

Answer:	If your vehicle has a receiver hitch from the factory, installation is as simple as sliding carrier into place and sliding in the locking pin. Most trucks and SUVs come from the factory with a receiver hitch installed. If you drive a passenger car, consult a mechanic before ordering this item. The carrier will require assembly before installation though. The assembled hitch weighs about 50 pounds.

The First Position

Question:	does it have brake lights
Answer:	There are 3 sizes of rollers. There are 8 large, 6 medium, and six small. I have never been able to curl my hair with these all at once. You can order more of a certain size from Conair.com, but I'm unsure as to how many you could fit inside the heater as each slot is meant to hold a certain size of roller. My hair is naturally curly but will not hold the curl from these rollers. I would suggest looking online, perhaps on YouTube, on ways to curl your hair with a straightener. If you roll your hair into a pin curl and clamp it between the plates on a straightener, you get the same effect and a longer hold. I wouldn't recommend these.
Question:	is it water proof or resistent
Answer:	These have a slip which I have never had a problem with. I love these rollers. They get very hot within 5 minutes. I never use the clips that come with it nor do I use the side "heater". People complain about the clips on this set. They don't work well, it's true. I went to Sally 's and bought different clips. Great!
Question:	Is there a trick to folding it and using the clip? When I fold mine the clip barely engages and while walking with it the scooter comes apart
Answer:	The light is not change for me neither, but if wait one or max 2 minutes without open the box, I think is enough hot for start. I have very long and straight hair and its working perfectly for me ;)
