Answer: No, I mentioned this to the seller that even though it is somewhat described in their text it is not clear that it only comes with the rear hardware and nothing else. So sissy bar is not included nor the blinkers or anything else. I returned it for this same reason. They could easily just identify the part in one picture but they chose to display all of it not making it clear what comes or doesn't come in the package.

    Question: I believe that the dimensions above (19.8 x 13.8 x 4.7 inches) are for the box. What are the actual dimensions of the rack itself
    Answer: Depends what measurement you want. The rack area is 11 x 9-1/2. I think this is true to all sizes. The size that makes the difference is the bracket. That fits on the outside of the sissy bar post and the inside of the mounting bracket. Mine is 10" - the distance from the outside edges of the 2 sissy jars.

    Answer: It's just the rack, you have to buy the sissy bar separate.
