Answer:	I have been using it for over 2 years and more than 25,000 miles, through about 15 states. I have hit 100 mph when passing a few times, 80 mph for sustained periods in those western states that allow it. There has never been any hint of it coming loose or dropping the phone. I almost always use the rubber straps, but even when I don't, I have never had a problem with the clamp holding the phone securely. It is behind the windscreen, which certainly helps, but I still think it would be safe at normal speeds

Answer:	My kids used it from around their first birthday through about age 3-4. It was used almost constantly during this time, and while my older kids used it more until closer to age 4, but youngest had stopped shortly before 3, because she used the tricycle and balance bike more to keep up with the big kids. I can't imagine how kids use it until age 5-6 because they can barely get in and out at that point.
Question:	is it to small for a 4 year old
Answer:	If she does, it won't be for long... my niece who just turned 6 is 45 pounds can barely fit for a few minutes comfortably. When my daughter who is probably about 34 inches sits in it, she probably only has a foot of space above her head (and less space for getting in and out as the roof arches up for more headspace once inside). You might want to look for another toy, or you can get this and enjoy it for a little while. I'm sure you could sell it easily when you're done with it (or save it for another kiddo).

Answer:	Every kit has a couple of spare bands in the box. You can't purchase exactly the same bands separately, but there are others that can be used with this mount. Just search for "bike mount replacement rubber bands"
Question:	Is rotation of phone to its horizontal position possible? (Shown being held only in the vertical position, but does the holder allow side rotation
Answer:	Yes. The clips on the sides seem to hold it very securely, and may even be better in the horizontal position. The ONLY issue is that I cannot get all four corners of the band around all four corners of the phone because I have a case on it to protect it more from the weather. That being said, I put my phone, with the case, in the mount and jerked it around very hard and the phone didn't move a bit. I am not worried at all about putting it on the motorcycle.
Question:	How do I order a replacement part? The stretchy rubber part broke
Answer:	I bought in Aug 2020. I put my phone on maybe once or twice a week. The first band broke yesterday. Bummed. Now i have to spend another 8 bucks for replacement bands. If this was brick and mortar i would get refund.

Answer:	I think there is only one size. It has adjustable straps on the shoulders and sides. I’m 6’1 and 185lbs. It fits me well. Be advised that it will probably rest above your belly button and it’s very lightweight too. I use it for my Eboard and wouldn’t suggest it if you’re going to be riding anything at high speeds over 40mph.

Answer:	I'm thinking it'll fit. I'm 6 feet and 230 pounds and it's just a here small for me but still usable. The Vincent not actually small for me it covers. It's just that the shoulder straps only adjust to a certain point which makes it feel small and it hikes up a little bit. I have to occasionally pull it down. But that's me are you it should fit better. It's a decent product.
