Question:	How long does the battery last
Answer:	I have had this for more than 6 months and use it daily. I park my bike in the garage of my hotel and I know that people touch my bike (security officers informed me of this) so it goes off regularly. I have not had change the battery so far so if you park it where there are few people touching it then you can double of triple the life of the battery.
Question:	What if you apply the dislock and your not close to the bike. Can someone switch wheels to stole the bike
Answer:	As soon as the device feels some movement to the wheel or bike itself it’ll start beeping loudly. If you’re not able to hear it then you’re bike will get stolen. It’s an alarm device. Somebody can take your wheels off and steal it.
Question:	The product i received was missing the 1.5 m reminder cable that is advertised. any chance i can be sent that so i don't have to return the lock

Answer:	When the alarm go off is does turn off by itself after 30sec or 1min but that is if some 1 touch the bike, is a 5star alarm i love it I recommended.

Question:	Will this fit a 2016 Street Glide Special
Answer:	Yes, I use it on my 2014 Ultra Limited, you don't have to put it thru a hole in the rotor for it to work.
Question:	How do i unlock it? It does not unlock even with all three keys, and i keep setting off the alarm. Instructions on there are not very clear
Answer:	With the key in the slot, press the key in, keep pressing and turn the key clockwise, then release. It should pop up. If it still won't turn, they sent you the wrong keys. To remove the key, when unlocking or locking turn counter clockwise. To lock, insert key, turn clockwise and push in, while pressing in, turn counterclockwise and remove key.

Answer:	I just read the description of the product and seemed to say that it did, but I wanted to be sure before I responded. So, I just went to try it, and it does reset itself. The first disturbance of it gives three short chirps, all of the subsequent disturbances of the unit causes it to go off for about 12 seconds or so. It works like I would expect it to. I use this thing every day and so far, it's been very solid. Not quite sure how long the batteries are supposed to last, but they do include a spare set for your first change.
