Answer:	My lights are very well made and work fine. I'm pretty sure they are not submersible. They did come with a wiring diagram. I have them mounted on a small garden tractor and they are very bright. I've seen comparable lights in advanced auto for twice the price.

Always put a 30 amp fuse on the hot side as close to the battery as you can get it. This will prevent a shorted wire from catching fire in your engine compartment and the relay will allow you to run smaller gauge wire through the firewall with a lower amp on/off switch which will assure you of not having a fire behind the dash. Do the research and you will see that those who know what they are doing use these methods. Those who don't and haven't had a fire yet....well, the operative term there is "yet".
