Answer:	This rack (or any strap mounted carrier) should not be used on the Volvo XC models. The issue is that the top of the rear door on the XC's is made of extremely brittle fiberglass that can crack if anything (i.e. metal hooks or bike rack straps) is placed in the seem at the top of the rear door. We would recommend installing a receiver hitch on your vehicle and using a hitch mounted carrier.

Answer:	It did not fit my 4Runner, as the bars on the truck were too big, and it would not clamp tightly. I doubt it would work very well for your Rav 4, this rack was not worth the price. It would also only be about 10" wider than your racks, definitely not the 60" that is advertised.

Answer:	It’s a type of thin woven plastic & the string is made of twine. It came packaged in a reusable zippered plastic pouch. I packed mine away for future use. I think they seem durable but if you’re planning to hang them outside and keep them outside I’m not sure how long they would last. I think the twine would deteriorate before the plastic flags if being used outside.

Answer:	Probably not well. They’re more of an indoor product or a short-term outdoor decor.. I imagine rain, wind, sun, snow and other elements would cause fading and unraveling of the burlap. Answer:	It comes with 2 brackets one is taller than the other. Should work on most applications. If installing on smaller tube frames you may want to consider other mounting applications but nothing a little inginuity can't solve.

Answer:	The light housing is 1 7/8 inches. That doesn't take into consideration the mounts. There's a long set and a short set. I used the short set and from the mounting surface to the top of the light housing it's approximately 2 inches.

Answer:	No and dont buy it. Half the bulbs dont work. It gets a lot of condensation inside and the company doesn't want to know anything about it.
