But I also contacted them through facebook and they replied within the same day, they asked me for the order number and who i got it from (amazon). And boom! They put in an order for 2 new remotes and controller box and this was all today monday May 9th 2016. They said they will contact me with a tracking number tomorrow. I will update this when i get confirmation. |
