Answer:	I know this is a late response, but transplanting seems to be the common question. When transplanting, it is a good idea to make sure the plant and pot are very damp/wet, but not dripping wet. Using both hands, pull the bottom only of the pot into two, then place into new pot/ground immediately and cover plant with soil up to the bottom leaves. The reason for doing this is to break up the root ball, a signal that the plant can spread it's roots. Finally, never transplant in full sun unless unavoidable. If I have to transplant in full sun, I actually cover the plant with a large box for a day or two while it acclimates to its new medium.

Answer:	it does measure 40" in length not stretched out. I was able to put it under my foot and stretch it out to about 84" easily. I am 6' tall and weigh 220 lbs. shoulder surgery and elbow issues make doing pull ups an issue. I got this band to use as a pull up assist. I does not work so well for my body type for that but my wife is about 5' 5" and weighs 105 lbs and she uses it for pull ups without issue. I am going to order the black band for my use. To be honest, it is a little difficult to describe but if you search up " resistance band assisted pull ups" on youtube the first few videos give a tutorial on how to do so. You don't need to remove the bar at all. Its more of a loop. The videos explain it way better than I do. Hope this helped on some level.Cheers,Anthony
