Answer:	I could not find the answer on the Drilax.com website. The product worked for us- we drilled 2 holes in the granite counter

Answer:	I would use a hole saw for wood after drilling through the granite. Wood will embed itself into the diamond grit rendering it useless!

Answer:	SLOW...50 to 100 worked best on my tile. For horizontal surfaces, make a dam out of plumbers putty and keep the bit submerged. These are the best diamond bits I've ever used.
Question:	Will this work on a curved surface, to drill a hole in the side of a ceramic or clay jug
Answer:	Recommend use of water so bit doesn’t heat up, dull fast and possibly damage the granite. Not sure why you want to drill from the bottom, as that could damage top side. Recommend you create a wood template as a guide and drill from top. That would make use of water easier.

Answer:	It seems they're not stainless steel. Left one blade on the art knife and it's starting to show wearing in it's center but if you keep the blades in a closed case, away from humidity or cold, they keep their condition. All in all, the kit is great, good quality.

Answer:	Yes, The security film should be the first layer to be the most effective.

Answer:	It needs to be applied to a smooth surface. The textured surface will effect its ability to adhere to the surface

Answer:	You're supposed to apply clear silicone adhesive around the edge of the glass where it meets the sash to prevent it from just breaking loose. If someone ones to get through, they can by cutting the film with a knife but hopefully the noise and unsuccessful first try to break will be enough to scare someone off.

Answer:	Purchase the application fluid as well. Coat the film. Place the film on the window (coated side against the window. Position so it covers the window. Squeegee the film so the excess fluid and any air bubbles are forced out the sides and bottom. Start from the center squeegeeing to the sides, top and bottom to remove bubbles

Answer:	The entire height of the pad and nail is 1 inch with the pad width 3/4 inch and pad height about 6/8 inch. I had to use a nail to start a hole in a hard wood chair leg but that worked great! The nail in the pad went right in to a soft wood chair leg on it's own.
Question:	can i use standard window cleaner instead of the Gila application solution
Answer:	If your flooring has a fine finish and the spaces between the planks are narrow, you should be fine using these. We use them on our DR furniture legs which slide on our hardwood floor. They work very well. Keep an eye on how they're wearing so you're prepared to replace as needed. Don't have a 'lasts-a-really-long-time' item for a substitute.

Answer:	Yeah! I do it all the time. I'm a teacher, I put a million little things in and cut when I'm done! I was just doing it last night with like 10/12 little pieces of paper per sleeve.The more border the better obviously, but I trim mine pretty close sometimes. If you cut too close they'll wear or peel with repeated use or handling of the item. Good luck!

So to compare the 6 roll package you pay $0.0968 a yard vs the 4 pack you pay $.045 a yard. Basically the 4 pack is half price. Its straight forward, the 4 pack you get 218 yards for less than less money than the 6 pack which u pay more for only 133.33 yards

Answer:	In the middle of the night I taped my boyfriends wrists together with a couple of rounds of this tape and did the same to his ankles. Then taped his wrists to the headboard while he was still asleep. When he woke up he was madder than a spanked mama bear but couldn't get loose so it's pretty strong tape.I hope this helps you.
