Answer:	Personaly I never use the remote start. I have had bad results with several different models of these types of these alarms in the past installs. When they do work its not always continuous. Secondly with these alarms your motorcycle has to be fuel injected and not a throttle body If its fuel injection your motorcycle has to be fully tuned with no complications or hesitations when it is started normaly. With out looking at it directly its hard to say for shure what your prolbem is. At our shop we get people all the time that come to us with this prolbem, and its usually in most cases the installer does not have a good knowledge of their electrial system and mostly they are trying to install this on a throttle body system Generally speaking the remote start is just a secondary switch over the starter circuit of the motorcycles. To do the install correctly of the remote start you should have a good electrical schematic of your motorcycles system or knowlage of it knowing the color coding. you can get sometimes a fairly good schematic online under the images section with bing. To tell me grey wire is not the full information of what you've done. Look at your motorcycles schematic if you've got a good understanding of it and you will see how it fits over your motorcycle's start circuit.

Answer:	There is no situation that provides for the sound to be turned down or up. When the alarm is activated a signal is sent to the sounder. When I had the problem it was cheaper to replace the alarm system than the sounder. The sounder needs to be installed in a water safe place and not where it is not mounted on an outer surface of the motorcycle.
Question:	I can use with 9v battery
Answer:	The 9Volt battery is for a back up in case your regular battery is dead or gets disconnected...But the alarm will still work off of just the 9Volt battery
Question:	Does the alarm time out after being triggered

Answer:	Hi, the key fob in the kit is programmed with the control modle already, if you want to add new remotes, please refer to the programming method in the user manual. or refer to below instructions: In disarm status, keep pressing the programming switch on alarm control module, the LED indicator will keep lighting on. Then press any button on the first remote, the LED indicator will flash twice and siren will beep twice at the same time. The first remote control will respond with music, this means the first remote is successfully programmed. Then press any button on the second remote, the LED indicator will flash four times and siren will beep four times at the same time. Question:	I have a polaris slingshot. for some reasons people think it’s ok just to jump in them and get pictures taken. will i get notified when this happens
Answer:	Hi Eric, there is shock sensor and motion sensor built in, if the person trigger the bike when they jump in, they should trigger the alarm to go off. but if they just jump in it very very slightly, it may not trigger the bike to go off. hope this info is helpful. Question:	Does this make your lights and horn go off when the alarm goes off
Answer:	If your bike is wired like mine yes it can make your lights go off but it’s wired up by default to make the turn signal blinkers go off but for the bike original horn the alarm doesn’t have the power to make it go off that’s the reason they send it with it’s own horn it’s really loud too lol I love it my friends love it

Important:

The alarm does not include AAA battery for remote control, so please remember to buy a new pair of AAA dry battery, or the alarm will have no reaction. The battery is very common and you can buy it in almost all retail shop or supermarket.
