Answer:	I welded the track together because it was pretty wobbly with just the bolts. I even added reenforcments. It hauls my yz450f no problem. I hauled a dr650 10 miles once and it did it but it was pretty scary. Extra wobbly I was keeping an eye on it in case it broke off. The metal they use is pretty thin.

Answer:	Not all. I bought for an old 1999 F150, and it didn't fit. There are supposed to be Adjustable Legs that will make it fit, but they are extra, and they don't currently have them. The top of my bed rail is 20" from the bed.

My bike weighs around 450lbs and I weigh 200, I've stood behind my bike on the ramp pushing it up while someone helped me load it. Answer:	I have this rack on my 2009 F150 STX and the benefit of this type of rack is that it is adjustable for the width and length. The pipe that slides between is locked in with set screws (I ran stainless self tappers) but it should fit the bed of the Tacoma no problem.

Question:	What is the maximum height from the receiver hitch pin vertically to the top of the unit? I need it to be level with the tailgate when it's down
Answer:	The maximum height is far above your tailgate. You can mount it two different directions. My kayak is 12 5' so I carry it in my truck bed and then extended. That method is about 22" max above my trailer hitch. I have it about 6" below that. You can mount it where it is level with the roof of your truck to haul it that direction and still have your entire truck bed for other cargo. Trust me it will meet you needs unless you have a monster truck.
Question:	Will this work with a 2016 hyundia veloster
Answer:	Previous Veloster owner here: your Veloster more than likely has a 1.25" hitch. This will NOT work out of the box but you can get an adapter. Cannot confirm if the extendor will meet the top of the trunk/deck went the hatch is open. That's why I never committed for this type of purchase. Just threw my 13.5' yak and ratchet strapped it to the hitch.

Answer:	I have a chevy avalanche, I believe the bed is 6 ft long maybe 7 but definitely not more than 7 ft. I have a old town canoe 14' 6" long, and was able to load it up with a few bungee cords, and 2 tie down ratchets and drive in strong wind at 70 mph no issues. You should have no problems. I would recommend this product.

Answer:	As long as you have rails to use the c clamps on you should be good to go. I wouldn't recommend on an older one with the sloping rails. There isn't a vertical adjustment.

Answer:	Unless you have a slanted bed (i.e. some hondas, etc..) or a factory installed bed rail system, these should work. The height is non adjustable but the width is adjustable. It uses 8 C-clamps with a bolt system that slips over and under the rail to secure the mounts. You can bolt them to the rail too but I like to remove mine when I am not using them.

Answer:	Yes, but you do need a 3/8 drill bit and drill capable of drilling through the bed rail. Bolts, nuts and washers are provided

Answer:	It will depend on the width of your vehicle. I can’t carry two kayaks leaning in toward each other. The rear end of my vehicle won’t allow for the j racks to be mounted that way. I can fit two with them both leaning the same direction. More work lifting the one kayak, but that’s what my vehicle allows
Question:	Can I use this truck rack for a roof-top tent
Answer:	The U shape mounting area is 1 1/2" wide.. the distance between the bolts is 3 1/2".. I bought pool noodles and covered the padding on the racks because they leave a black mark... Still yet for the price you can't beat them.. I just hauled from Tulsa Okla. to Grand Isle La. with mine and the worked fine
Question:	Is the minimum bed width 56" or 60"? I am trying to mount for 2001 Nissan Frontier
Answer:	They are false advertising!! It’s not “misleading”. They state that is has 2 “pair” and in the description it says it comes with 4 “j bars” and can carry 2 kayaks. They seem to be only sending 1 set now and therefore this a total false advertising situation. They are straight up lying!! I ordered and only got 1 set for 1 kayak!
