Advertiser's like to boast their products. My 2007, 2500HD 4x4, has a class 5 hitch. "Heavy Hauler"! Way before Ford advertised their "Heavy Hauler". I have, name brand, after market, steel bumpers. Front fitted with a 10,000 Lb winch. I also have a front mounted class 3 hitch. I have a portable 2600 Lb winch for the rear. Two receivers on the rear. Class 5, and a class 3. (Two of these shackles on each bumper) Also? For the class 3, rear winch? Who wants to get wet, putting a boat on a trailer? Good Luck with your shackles! They will work! |
