Answer:	Mark M., Champion does make a cover for the winch. I couldn't tell you for a fact that it's waterproof, mine is set up on my trailer with a 1" Receiver type mount. done this way so I can remove it and store it in my tool box on my trailer. I'm assuming made of neoprene it would be waterproof. Sorry if I wasn't much help!

Answer:	No. This cover only fits 4,000-5,000 lb winches as listed in the description. If you have a 12K winch with a speed mount, you need model 18034. If you have a 12k winch without the speed mount, you should use cover model 18035.

Answer:	The cables on my winch are not covered, has not been a issue, and we have some extensive rain. The winch is covered end to end with the front of the cover going to the top of the fair lead, and the back goes to the where the wires that come out of the winch.

Answer:	The cradle is under some winch installations so I can only speak from my experience. I have a Warn Elite bumper with a deeply recessed winch opening. My Warn EVO 10,000 lb winch mounts on bottom of bumper. The winch cover is a very tight fit side to side but with effort and stretching I got it on. Keep in mind my winch sits very low inside the bumper.

Answer:	This cover is designed to fit tightly around the whole winch, elastic at the bottom, it fits snug and have never even had it slightly loose.I've had it for over a year and had no problems with it except for it's faded to a nice silver grey from black.
