Answer:	If you go to the Anderson Manufacturer sight, they show you how. For me, it works great and is easy to do. It works great for my 35ft. 5th wheel. It is great if you use your gooseneck hook up for other trailers (which I do) and do not want the standard large 5th wheel hitch in the back of your truck. This whole setup is awesome, lightweight with easy install and easy removal for dailyu full use of the bed of your truck.

You should have no problems installing the gooseneck plate into the bed of your truck. Mine fits and works great.

Answer:	I had mine installed on my 1997 F250 7.3 powerstroke (long bed). I had a mobile rv tech come to my home and install it for $300. He told me that it did not come with everything needed but he did have the two missing parts and did not charge me for them. Not sure if this will help or not?

How to select a 5th wheel hitch: What size is the truck bed?

Your truck bed length will determine the type of mounting platform you’ll need for your 5th wheel hitch: legs or a roller. 5th wheel legs are the standard option for mounting a 5th wheel hitch, but they will only fit in a long-bed truck. For short-bed trucks, extra clearance may be needed when making tight turns. A 5th wheel roller will allow the hitch to roll backward, providing enough clearance between the trailer overhang and the truck cab.

Does the truck have an OEM puck system?

If you own a truck from Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Nissan or Ram, your truck bed may be equipped with a puck system (pictured). If your truck has a long bed with the puck system, select a CURT 5th wheel hitch with the appropriate OEM puck system legs. If your truck has a short bed with the puck system, select a CURT 5th wheel hitch with the appropriate OEM puck system roller or roller adapter.

Do you prefer permanent base rails?

If your truck does not have the OEM puck system, you will need to install 5th wheel rails. The traditional method for installing base rails is to use vehicle-specific under-bed brackets. First, select the custom under-bed brackets that fit your specific make and model, as well as a set of industry-standard base rails. Next, if you have a long-bed truck, select a 5th wheel hitch with legs. If you have a short-bed truck, select a 5th wheel hitch with a roller. Remember to always abide by the weight capacity of the lowest-rated towing component.

Answer:	I also have a Reese, I used it as a template to fasten the curt rails and brackets on my 2016 gmc. It fits fine. The rails are heavier than the Reese. Curt has a number you can call to make sure you get the right brackets for your 2012. They were pretty easy install
Question:	Will these brakets and rails work with a pullrite
Answer:	These work too mount standard mounting rails in the bed. I used them on a 2015 Silverado Duramax and they mounted the rails perfect. Just depends on how the pullrite hitch mounts.

Reese Towpower 16K Fifth Wheel Kit can carry loads up to 16,000 pounds with a 4,000 pound pin weight capacity. The hitch is servo-hydraulic tested for durability and features a patented dual jaw locking mechanism. This jaw locking mechanism surrounds the fifth wheel king pin to assure proper towing. The hitch features a five degree side-to-side pivot, to better accommodate hook-ups on uneven ground and easier towing. Answer:	There is no installation kit that comes with this, it is hitch and legs only. So you will need to get the rails to fit your truck.

Answer:	It’s about preference to me. If you are going to use the bed of your truck frequently I would buy the Reese goose box, if not I would save the money and buy the b&w. I have the B&W however if I was on the market for one right now I would buy the goose box.
