| Answer: | It will fit anything with a 4" square bumper which is pretty universal. Fitting is not the issue. Carrying or pulling the weight you need is the real issue. Most standard bumpers are strong enough to carry a spare tire and store the sewer hose. If you plan to do more than this you will need someone who knows what they are doing to correctly engineer a thicker and/or reinforced bumper. I removed my stock bumper which was approximately .060 thick and replaced it with a 7/16 or .437 thick bumper. 7 times thicker...no problems for me. Doing this wrong or haphazardly could cause an accident and get someone killed. Good luck. |

It is a nice addition, rather than having one welded on, you just need to watch out where the spare tire is when mounting the hitch, you can move it where you need it! ** I like it! |

The bumper is C-shaped and is too flimsy to haul anything....... without rope or cable bracing. .. The hitch itself would carry a bulldozer. I use mine to haul two bikes --- no problem. |

Custom class 3 hitches are the most common type of receiver hitch for pickup trucks and SUVs. Because of their weight range, they are also found on full-size cars, crossovers and minivans. Each custom-fit class 3 hitch package is made for vehicle-specific mounting. This particular kit fits certain years of the Ram 1500 and Dodge Ram 1500 (see application info to verify vehicle compatibility). It provides a weight carrying capacity of 6,000 lbs. GTW and 600 lbs. TW. It is also compatible with a weight distribution hitch for level towing and a rating of 10,000 lbs. WD and 1,000 lbs. WDTW. CURT class 3 trailer hitches are typically used to attach and haul utility trailers, boat trailers, campers, snowmobile or ATV haulers and more (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest-rated towing component). Each class 3 hitch has a 2" receiver tube and is tested in accordance with SAE J684 for safety. To ensure that CURT class 3 receiver hitches have what it takes for serious trailering, they are designed using a hands-on approach and are constructed with rugged, high-strength steel and precise welding. We also protect our class 3 hitches in a co-cured finish of liquid A-coat and black powder coat for superior resistance to rust, chipping and UV damage.

| Answer: | No, but I say this with caution. First hitch they sent had no hardware with when the description said included. But I urge you caution, neither hitch would fit my 2016 Ram. I checked Curt website and they said it would fit as well as the Amazon "My Garage" said it would fit. Not even close!! |

| Answer: | If you're gonna use it once, I'd just rent it. I didn't use one I just got it real tight . You will know when it's tight enough, but if unsure and you want added reassurance rent the torque wrench. The wrench needed will fit a 1/2" drive. |

A CURT front trailer hitch allows you to use the front end of your vehicle for a variety of towing applications. They can be used for mounting a winch, a snow plow, a number of towing accessories and can even be used for some trailering applications. When space is limited, a front trailer hitch is commonly used to hold a cargo carrier, freeing up space inside the vehicle for extra cargo and making the rear mount receiver available to pull a trailer. At the boat ramp, your boat trailer can be hitched up to the front receiver hitch, giving you better control over the trailer as you launch. Some of the other accessories that can be used with a front tow hitch are the CURT winch mount, step pad, license plate holder, spare tire mount, skid shield and tow hooks. All CURT front trailer hitches provide a useful receiver tube to accept a 2" x 2" shank, and they are commonly used on trucks, vans and SUVs. This front trailer hitch is rated for 5,000 lbs. GTW and 500 lbs. TW. It also has a straight-line pull rating of 9,000 lbs. It is designed to be a custom trailer hitch for certain years of the Ram 1500 and Dodge Ram 1500 (to verify your vehicle compatibility, see application info). It comes with all necessary hardware for a complete installation and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

| Answer: | I have a 2018 Ram 1500. I had to drill the rear two holes. Easy to drill. Bolted up the front and drilled the rear andsnaked the plate and bolt into rear and bolted down took about 1/2 hour. |

Step pad
The CURT step pad #31001 provides a 6” x 10” anti-skid stepping surface on the front or rear of the vehicle. When installed on your front receiver hitch, it offers a convenient step for under-the-hood access, particularly on larger vehicles.
Winch mount
The CURT winch mount #31009 features a use-as-needed design. It has standard mounting holes to accept a variety of winches and attachment points for a fairlead. The bolt-on handles also provide a convenient hold during operation.
Skid plate
The CURT skid plate #31007 is an excellent off-road accessory. It not only protects your front trailer hitch from damage when it is not use, it also helps protect the front, underside of your vehicle from large off-road debris.
Tow hook
CURT offers several different hitch tow hooks that can easily and securely be mounted on your front receiver hitch or rear trailer hitch. We carry D-rings, tow hooks, shackles and more.
