Answer:	Not that I know of. It’s possible that there is only one out of the four possibilities that works. I guess you could try rotating the key on-quarter turn until you’ve exhausted the possibilities.

Answer:	It is a four flange key that only fits one way. I don't think you can get it made a hardware store. Maybe a locksmith.

Answer:	Although this was advertised as a 7/8" span, it was actually 3/4" and was not wide enough to fit my 20' Forest River GeoPro trailer coupler.

Answer:	The lock (black part) is like a padlock, locking the couples closed. I don't think it's dependent on ball size.

Answer:	Fully closed it is 6/8" wide. You could probably get away with only closing it to 7/8" if needed. Anything more than that and it won't be secure at all. The locking mechanism is basically a bolt that connects the two pieces together.
