Answer:	I doubt very much that your Dog or several dogs for that matter would be strong enough to break this strap. It is extremely heady duty and a well made strap with Heavy duty D-Rings.
Question:	Does this come with a separate D ring or are they referring to the metal attachments at the end of the strap
Answer:	They refer to metal triangles at the end of the strap as Delta rings. Delta can be loosely translated as "3" or triangle, the rings are triangular shaped. They have small pieces of metal folded over the side that receives the web strap to enlarge and soften the stress points on the fabric strap. I find the triangular shape perfect for field use. I have never had any problems of a hook slipping out of the Delta ring; a grab 7/16 hook works perfect! A slip hook with a functioning mouse is very safe and I have never had any trouble with the Delta ring! The 7/16 grab hook works so well I use the strap on a trailer ball when recovering stuck vehicles instead of using the chain hook that is very prone to slipping off. Never an issue and my co-workers are very impressed! I did not have a 'jerk rope' and with my short chain needed a slow speed pull out of a buried to the axle four wheel drive small boom truck. I think I used two straps on the two trailer balls (back to back pull out) it went perfectly well.

The webbing used to lash a kayak to an automobile roof rack requires a different rated capacity, abrasion resistance and weave pattern than a heavy duty motorcycle/ATV tie-down. Likewise, a 10,000 pounds industrial ratchet tie-down has different requirements as well. Keeper developed its HI-TEST webbing many years ago using 3 layers of high tenacity yarn to protect and provide strength. The face, back and edge layers provide the webbing with abrasion and weather protection and the center, or warp yarns, provide the strength. All HI-TEST webbing is tested for abrasion resistance using Federal Test Method #5309, required of all mil-spec webbing. The webbing is cycled over a steel hexagonal bar to simulate real life application. A tensile test is then conducted. All Keeper webbing passes an abrasion capacity requirement to ensure a long lasting product.

Answer:	I am not aware of any upgrades as my machine is a year old. I can say that I use this unit very heavily and have had no issues other than a problem with the trigger switch. Fixed in 30 seconds after splitting the torch handle and getting some grit from under the contacts. As with most Chinese welding equipment I consider them to be a disposable tool and not worth the effort to attempt warranty service if I can't fix it myself. With that said I would recommend this cutter highly. I have just changed the tip consumables for the first time. A little overdue after a year if hard use. I use this in my fav shop and it has never let me down. I would not be real concerned about warranty. Then again I can fix most things that break so that helps with taking a chance on import equipment. So far a safe gamble. I own two welders from this company also without issue.

Answer:	Not sure as to the exact lbs but we've pulled up bow with quiver full of arrows, back packs. We don reel the handle we pull the strap it self. We really like it because the strap don't tangle like a rope.

Answer:	I used it for the first time yesterday pm to pull up my bow into stand. I was not impressed with the ribbon strength and was concerned that it may break at any moment. Wouldn't trust it with anything heavier. Also, clip would not stay attached to anything I clipped it on. Was metal and very flimsy. Personally, I would not waste my money again on it. Just go with regular hoist rope with attached clip or carabiner.

Answer:	No and you can't use the handle to pull up your gear because it can't handle the weight. You have to pull up your gear by hand and then use the handle to retract the line.

Answer:	I would think so. Just have to make sure the ropes are done right and when you pull it up off your Jeep make sure its going to life it all at the same time. may need to get longer rope. Depending on how tall the angled ceiling is.
Question:	My ceiling has metal studs. Can i still use this and if so what do i use to mount boards to the celiling
Answer:	you'll need to drill through your studs no matter if they are wood or metal. all mounting hardware is included. its just nuts and bolts. nothing complicated, just a pain in the butt

What is a Spare Tire Hoist  and where is it located?

A spare tire is an additional tire carried in a motor vehicle as a replacement for one that goes flat, has a blowout, or has another emergency. Spare Tire Hoist holds the spare tire in place under the vehicle. A spare tire carrier utilizing an eccentric gear mechanism for hoisting a spare tire.

The tire is held in place there by a device called a spare tire winch, also referred to as a spare tire carrier, spare tire hoist, or spare tire mount. The spare tire is held on the end of a cable, which can be lowered to let down the spare tire.

If you have a faulty spare tire hoist assembly, you can't lower the spare when you need to change your tire. The usual cause of this is a rusted or corroded winch cable. The winch is constantly exposed to water, dirt, and salt from the road. Debris can also get jammed inside the winch, jamming it up.
