Answer:	There is a large screw on the handle under the head just turn it to the right. It is textured all the way around so u can get channel locks or something like that around it if you tighten it too much. Leave it loose. If you use it heavy it will tighten itself. Loose is a bad word. Just barely snug. I didn't have channel locked to loosen mine on me. I had a large flathead and hatchet. So I placed the flathead on the grooves like a chisel and usedhe back of the hatchet as a hammer. You got this!

Answer:	I think anything (including your hands) is capable of scratching the paint on your car. I'd limit the use of this brush/scraper to windows mostly, but using the brush carefully across painted surfaces should be fine, the key word: careful.

Answer:	The ice scraper part is the thin side of the rod. It has the typical flat side and the raised ridges to clear thick ice. Works very well here in Vermont.

Answer:	I just measured the brush as 11 inches wide. I have been extremely happy with this product. It is far and away the best scraper/brush I have ever owned.

Question:	Why didn’t it come with the screws
Answer:	The screws are small and they include 2 extras in a small plastic baggy taped to the cardboard around the brush head. Easy to miss.

Answer:	Mine lined up fine however the scraper didn`t fit in place. I had to trim around the plastic end to make it fit.

Answer:	If I am understanding correctly, the scraper end needs to be attached correct? There is a small self tapping screw included that you use to attach the scraper. Other than that it was almost a open and use brush.

Answer:	I already put my 2 cents worth in on this product. I believe my alias is "WHPIII" and I am not happy with being able to get 3 or 4 uses out of the 1/3 ounce bottle before it turns into a globular mass of a smelly unusable gel-type substance.

Answer:	You will apply the product two times a day and wash the area before applying. A white layer will appear and you should not remove that layer. This layer is a sign that the product is working and the product is chemically breaking down the layers of the wart.

Question:	Is this scraper strong enough to be used to chip away built up ice in an old freezer
Answer:	It lasted me through one winter and I started using it this year without it taking damage. Still works like the day I got it. Maybe used it 20 or 30 times.
Question:	is the plastic durable
Answer:	This scraper did not work well for me. It hardly scrapes off the ice. I bought a different scraper but it does not scratch the windshield.
Question:	Does this scraper scratch your windshield
Answer:	The blade is plastic (I don't know what kind of plastic). I don't think it would scratch since it didn't scratch the inside of my freezer which is plastic (I used it to defrost the freezer).
