Answer:	They do not. I have always kept seat covers on my car seats to keep them like new. Most of them have fit poorly or are almost impossible to get on. I also have a convertible and if I cover it with the top down it requires care not to catch the cover on the top edges of the front windshield. Answer:	We have only had the cover for a short time and our seats are leather. We have had no problems with the backing rubbing off to date.
