Answer:	None of our racks are approved for use on a trailer mounted receiver hitch. Any trailer or trailered vehicle (including 5th wheel type) has a slight side to side motion that's very low frequency (1 to 1-1/2 times per second) that fatigues the steel from which the racks are manufactured. The fatigue first happens at a molecular level, but eventually (several thousands of cycles later) a visible crack will appear. Once the crack has formed, it will enlarge, finally to the point where the rack drops off the vehicle and the rack (and bikes) impact the roadway. This is also a dangerous situation for whoever may be following the trailer on the highway. We have seen 100+ incidents where the consumers/end user has not taken this advice and suffered disastrous results. I've even had phone calls from consumers who said they read that advice (do not use on a trailer) and ignored it, only to discover a tragic end result. So . . . don't do it. If you insist on doing it regardless of the above, please use some other companies’ rack.

Answer:	Mitsubishi CVT fluid is a blushish green. When it turns brown, it is time to change it. How many miles since it was changed? Mitsubishi recommends changing the fluid and every 30,000 miles, fluid and FILTERS every 60,000 miles.

Question:	Can you use a regular Pin for securing the rack to the hitch? Or must you use the threaded bolt
Answer:	Note that max weight capacity per bike is 35lb.
Question:	What is the maximum tire width that will fit
Answer:	Yes. Mi,e is new it does sway back and forth. It appears some people answered this about putting the bolt in. The automatic quick release ones do not have a bolt that you put in. It has the locking mechanism on it that is supposed to expand and keep it from wobbling but I can't see it's doing that. Disappointed in that as it makes me feel like it's not entirely safe going down the street. Thought it would be easier to use because it says no tools required to put it on the hitch. But it doesn't seem to be holding as well as the standard ones you palpable through
Question:	Does this rack fit 3 inch tires - not fat just +tires? ie Trek Stash or Roscoe
Answer:	Do not buy any product from this company. We had a 4 bike rack. The frame broke off while we were driving and we lost all 4 bikes. Company would not stand behind warranty

Answer:	It comes with an adapter for the 2 inch receiver and am currently using it on my truck with no problems at all.

Answer:	It fits 2” rec. but you can get adapter to fit 1.5 and 2.5 hitches
Question:	Will this easily fit children's bikes alongside adult bikes? I've never transported bikes before

Question:	WIll this fit a 2006 Honda Odyssey and a 2008 Honda Accord
Answer:	No. It is only meant to tilt enough so a normal hatch can open.
Question:	do you remove the rack when you arrive at your destination, say the park or another outing? Or in between bike rides, going to the store etc
Answer:	I have used my bike rack around 10 times with 2 or 3 bikes. No problems even at 70mph. good luck

Dick Allen (pictured left in 1972) started Allen Sports in his garage in 1967. Dick, a onetime aerospace engineer, opened Allen Sports after building a prototype bike carrier in his Lincoln, Massachusetts shop in his free time.
