Answer:	They don’t. In my opinion the best option you have is to buy a mounting bracket. I’m actually looking into getting this light bar and I’m trying to find an answer to a question that’s already been answered possibly. I’m trying to find one that says it’s okay to mount on the brackets that you can buy and mount on the sides of the windshield using factory bolts instead of drilling holes. Since it is curved I’m having a hard time believing that it will go into the holes on the brackets without bending the brackets towards the bolts on the light bar. Unless the bolts are mounted straight out which is what I’m trying to find out.

Answer:	You can always buy an extender that bridges the gap between the mount/receiver on the vehicle and the basket. It will lock in place and allow for more room between the tire and the basket if needed. I have one and will use it with my bike rack. Also, I purchased a two pack of locks so that I can lock the basket and the extension to the receiver. Purchased all of them on Amazon. I have a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica and there is not much room between the back door and the basket when folded up; my receiver is up under the back end and does not stick out very far. I actually put some pipe insulation rolls on the basket to protect the body if it bounced; put them on with Yellow duct tape to give it more visibility.

Answer:	Yes, the 2 inch receiver is part of the cargo carrier and is built into it. It is a straight receiver (not angled up), so check your exhaust prior to using this carrier. You might need to add a turned exhaust tip to direct the heat away from your cargo. We are very pleased with this cargo carrier, it is well constructed and assembly was fast and easy.

Answer:	You can fit 2 32 gallon trash cans with room to spare. In those trash cans you can fit at least 6 or 7 stuffed 13-gallon bags in each, which would yield 12-14 bags. Not sure why others wouldn't use pails to maximize capacity. Those bags are so thin I would never want to put them directly in a cargo rack.

Question:	have you resolved the weld issue? I don't have time to test it and will be using it to drive across the US and want to be sure it doesn't break
Answer:	I’m not sure about yours specifically, but it’s fairly universal. We have used it behind our Tahoe, a mini van, and a pickup truck severa times. You need to have the correct receiver on your vehicle. With th basket down, I can fit between the basket and my Tahoe. If it’s loaded properly I can still open the hatch.

Answer:	Unless flames shoot out of your exhaust, you will be fine. If flames do shoot out of your exhaust, first, AWESOME, and second, you should probably have that looked at.

Answer:	If you have a spare tire on the back of your vehicle it may not be long enough to go into the hitch reciever. In my case, a Jeep wrangler 2015 spare tire blocked the ability for the carrier to reach the hitch reciever. It reached but could not be inserted enough to put the pin in.

Answer:	I purchased to truck mud flaps and cut them to fit the bottom, then I strapped a locking plastic box to the carrier. I drove from Alaska to Ohio and back without a problem..... the box still got some dirt on it, but then so did everything!

Question:	do i really need a torque wrench to put this together
Answer:	The 24" measurement is from inside the rail. A machine with outside wheelbase of less than 24 inches will fit inside the rails. Note - the dimension is 24" from inside the rail for approximately 54" of the 60" width of the cargo hitch due to the inside measurement slightly narrowing as it approaches each of the 4 corners.

Answer:	As of 9/15/2017, the Pro Series brand seems to have switched to Reese brand. The unit I received came with a 5/8" hitch pin that works well.

Question:	Is the rube beneath the basket a 2" tube - the same size as the tongue tube
Answer:	Yes, this is the same size.
Question:	Should I or do have to put reflector tape on it
Answer:	if it doesn't stick out 3 feet or more, no real reason to do that, but, if you think it would add a margin of safety, why not. That tape isn't that expensive. I put this on the back of my 5th wheel travel travel trailer. Because it is so large, I didn't feel the need to do that. If you're putting it on the back of a smaller car, might be a good idea. But, it isn't required.
Question:	I know it folds “up” but does it also fold down so I can open the tailgate of my Jeep without removing it? Thanks
Answer:	Yes it will. I will say this thing seems it needs more stability but guess it's due to the fold up feature. Stuff on this hitch makes the cargo on hitch lean back .

Question:	Why are all the questions [except one] about the basket and not the bag! They are two different products and I'm having trouble with the bag straps
Answer:	There is a zippered pistol compartment on the exterior side opposite the side pictured with the buckle. Inside the compartment there is a holster that Velcros to the inside of the space. The compartment and holster are large enough to hold my Glock 43. The holster also holds my .22 securely in the gun compartment. I’ve had it a little over a month, and it’s holding up well.

Answer:	Don't have the ability to measure just now, most certainly can be used cross body. Strap is adjustable good length. Very nice purse, good leather. Mine does have the metal cord to keep it from being cut.
Question:	Will this fit a Larin rear cargo with cage? I think it is 59.5 x
Answer:	It's only about 2.5 inches wide, plus a small amount of elastic. It won't fit many cell phones unless your phone dates back to the 1990's. It's a waste of space and makes the bag unbalanced looking.
Question:	How long does it take to receive this when ordered
Answer:	Yes, the regular iphone 6 will fit. The width of the new iphone6 makes for a good snug fit, but not too snug. Due to the length of the phone, it will ride a little above the edge of the pouch. However, the velcro strap will still close and hold it securely.

Question:	Can I attach a 4-bike rack at the end of this as the stand does have an opening there too
Answer:	500 lbs is just not accurate. I only had 210 lbs and the weight was evenly distributed. The Shank between the receiver and the pivot joint twisted like a piece of rope! This was only the second time that I had used the basket and it was only 4 months old. WHEN I CALLED CURT ABOUT THE PROBLEM THEY REFUSED TO COVER THE PART UNDER WARRANTY AND STATED THAT I MUST HAVE HAD ALL OF THE WEIGHT ON ONE SIDE! THUS IT WAS NOT USED PROPERLY AND THEY WILL NOT COVER IT UNDER WARRANTY. WARNNING : THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR CURT RATES A NEGATIVE 10 IF SUCH A RATEING WAS POSSIBLE.
Question:	Is the measurement 60x24 the inside or outside measurements
Answer:	The usable INSIDE dimensions of the basket are 58" x 19 1/4" x 5 1/2". All other dimensions are outside, including brackets, etc. The shipping weight is 59 pounds.

Answer:	Hi Ann, Yes our mockins Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier should be compatible with just about any vehicle just as long as you have a 2” receiver. Some of our customer's vehicles only had a receiver that was 1.25" in which they had to also order and buy a converter to make it 2" compatible.
