Answer:	Not all bikes have the screw holes. I recently purchased a 26" frame women Fuji bike same problem no screw holes. The work around is to purchase the bracket that attaches to the bike seat, the bracket has an upside down "U" shape it has holes in it on each side you would attach 2 water bottle cages to it one on each side. 1) you will need the vertical space for the "U" fixture and the water bottle cage.

Question:	Do you get one or two racks
Answer:	I don't see any specific listing of the type of plastic, and there isn't one in the product description (the Amazon listed material type is cotton, which is wrong unless it's meant to indicate a cotton-derived bioplastic or is a composite with cotton fibers, but I suspect it's just wrong; the product itself is one of at least a dozen different brandings of what appear to be identical products - it looks like there's a single generic Chinese manufacturer whose products are sold under multiple brands, so I wasn't able to find extensive info when I bought the product as I don't speak Mandarin or read Hanzi). That said, I haven't noticed any structural material degradation after a year and a half of daily riding, nor any bleaching nor milky appearance on the always-exposed surfaces (like the top of the cups at the end of the arms), so it might well be UV-resistant.
Question:	Two photos show different attaching method. Is it a bolt like in third photo or is it a knob on the bottom like in the fifth photo
Answer:	Yes I believe it will. My phone is a 7plus and my case is pretty thick and it fits perfect. Adjusts for all types of phones and cases.

Question:	How do the j rack set on the rack, both kayaks set in or out
Answer:	You get two of these in each box. You will need to order two sets. If you are hauling two kayaks or two boards. Be aware that the profile of the clamps on these "J-bar Racks" are for a crossbar that is more round or square in shape versus flat and oval as are my crossbars on my Rav4. They would clamp real well on a crossbar that was 1-1-1/2 inch round or square.
Question:	Need to know how wide a load bar the racks will accommodate (distance between the bolts that hold the rack to the load bar) or if anyone has mounted them successfully to a Taurus GL wagon factory rack
Answer:	Well both really. There are 6 bolts in total that drop through each assembly. The outer 4 have nuts underneath, and they join the two U-bars with the main assembly. The inner 2 bolts attach to a lower bracket that wraps around your roof rack. For disassembly from the roof rack, or adjustment, you just need to loosen the knobs - the other 4 bolts stay in place.I'll try to add some more photos to show the situation.
Question:	Does each set of racks come with 2 straps? Meaning there would be 4 total straps with this set
Answer:	As long as your rack is not flush with your vehicle, I think it should work. The bolts that keep the J rack in place have to be tightened from underneath.
Question:	So you get 4 total units enough for 2 kayaaks, correct
Answer:	Fits both although to be honest it would fit the square and wing shape better than the round. We switch back and forth between our round yakima cross bars and the square cross bars on our Honda Odyssey. On the yakima cross bars they have a tendency to "spin" right or left and not stay upright when sliding a boat on. On our flat/square cross bars we don't have this problem. Not sure how they'd fit on Thule because I don't own that system.

Answer:	Strao that sucker down and adjust the bolts on the rack to let the tire drop in the slot. They have straps for the wheels too ! Keep the rubber side down !
Question:	Will these work with a 2013 Tacoma with C-Channel Tracks
Answer:	I didn't get instructions either but didn't need them it was pretty straight forward build I only got confused on the hitch part with the sleeve and the metal clamp with the block that has thread's in it. I left out the quick release pins were the tires go so sits better. YouTube helped alot also

Answer:	I welded the track together because it was pretty wobbly with just the bolts. I even added reenforcments. It hauls my yz450f no problem. I hauled a dr650 10 miles once and it did it but it was pretty scary. Extra wobbly I was keeping an eye on it in case it broke off. The metal they use is pretty thin.

Answer:	It will depend on the width of your vehicle. I can’t carry two kayaks leaning in toward each other. The rear end of my vehicle won’t allow for the j racks to be mounted that way. I can fit two with them both leaning the same direction. More work lifting the one kayak, but that’s what my vehicle allows

Answer:	The U shape mounting area is 1 1/2" wide.. the distance between the bolts is 3 1/2".. I bought pool noodles and covered the padding on the racks because they leave a black mark... Still yet for the price you can't beat them.. I just hauled from Tulsa Okla. to Grand Isle La. with mine and the worked fine

Answer:	They are false advertising!! It’s not “misleading”. They state that is has 2 “pair” and in the description it says it comes with 4 “j bars” and can carry 2 kayaks. They seem to be only sending 1 set now and therefore this a total false advertising situation. They are straight up lying!! I ordered and only got 1 set for 1 kayak!

Question:	Has anyone attempted to fit this inside the cargo hatch of their kayak? I have a 16 ft Perception Captiva
Answer:	I just measured inside to inside of bed of 2002 Toyota Tacoma from left side to right side and it measures 57 1/2" and I have 1 1/2" to spare on the connecting tube before top tubes touch each other leading me to say the minimum bed width from left to right is 56". Hope that helps!
Question:	how do you strap on a kyack

Question:	Has anyone tried to use this for SUP (Stand Up Paddle)? I am wondering about this since it has a "V" shape that might not fit with the SUP
Answer:	There's an interior bar that connects the two pillars that attach to the bed rail. This bar allows you to expand the width, however there are horizontal bars coming from those pillars that measure about 2.5' each thus you 5' minimum width. I had the same issue with my ranger, 4.7 width. You can cut back the 3" from those bars and still be able to fasten the interior bar. For the price difference that's what I'd recommend.
Question:	I want to be able to walk about one mile using this with a ten foot sit on top kayak. Would this work
Answer:	no they not. you will have to remove the c-channel track. so if you have to do that, remove the bed rail top cap, then you will see that there is already holes (for post)made in bed that will allow you to just drop in easy home made or bought ladder rack. so safe your money and don't damage your bed.

Question:	What size is the axle? It appears to be 20 mm which is not standard for most axle bore sixes. What wheels would fit on this cart
Answer:	They are are adjustable. I have a full size truck, and the bed is 58 inches. I put the rack on, and the center piece was inserted and adjustable, then locked in place with a set screw on each side. Over 4 feet with, and adjustable in where you want to set them in length according to the bed of your truck.
Question:	Can you get replacement wheels for these? One use and the hub fell to pieces. I assume that it was cracked already

Question:	I have a 2012 Ford Expedition. Will I need anything special in order for the carrier to fit
Answer:	Not tried fitting it into one that big but it won't fit into 10-12' kayaks. OTOH, what we do is leave it cable locked at the launch site (the same cable lock I use to secure it in my backyard at home). My feeling is it's not valuable to random strangers without a kayak and unlikely that a real kayaker would bring bolt cutters to the river.
Question:	Is a hitch pin included with the purchase? The pictures on Amazon show a hitch pin on the cargo carrier. A hitch pin was not included in the package
Answer:	The strap is included. Just go across boat and secure when centered on trailer.
Question:	Does the carrier wobble in the
Answer:	I have! I use it for kayaks, paddle boards, and a sailboard, and I honestly haven't had any problem at all. Either pull the foam all the way over the corners of the frame to give it more grip or lay a folded yoga towel (my wife's idea) across the frame and make sure to bungee fairly tightly when you use it for the boards. Also place the frame about 2/3rds back and lift the front of the board, it won't work very well if you try to place the frame in the center of the board. Hope that helps!
Question:	The description says it will support 350Lbs with a class II receiver. Does it come with a 1-1/2" bar, or just a
Answer:	The issues are the kayak balance point on the cart, and how rough the surface is on which the wheels have to roll. I have a 10-foot sit on top kayak and find that the cart works best about 2 feet from the rear of the boat. That way I can lift from the bow handle and walk easily. Be sure the little legs on the cart are facing forward, if not you'll drag them as you lift and pull. Over any type of rough or soft surface, you must really lash your kayak to the cart securely or it will slide or bounce off. Keeping all this in mind, you should be able to do what you are asking.
