Answer:	I am not looking at your car, but I think it would. It clamps on to the top (upper) and sides of the trunk and is a couple of inches high. It is easy to install and remove and is returnable.

Answer:	Yeah, I have an 02, it's a great fit. You need to be careful with the front hook, though. I've had mine on for over a year and it's given me no problems, with the exception of the front hook. Seriously, it will scratch up the car if you don't secure it right. Just pull the front hook as far back as you can and it won't scratch. I would recommend it highly over the factory model. So yes, I am very happy with it. I recommend using ratcheting straps to secure your luggage.
