Rub the back of paper so decal sticks to transfer tape, Carefully peel of paper backing layer from decal so only vinyl decal and clear transfer tape remain Place decal on the surface, and use a credit card to rub over the decal (and tape) going side to side. Starting in the corner, remove clear transfer off of decal by slowly pulling at 180 degree angle back on top of itself. If vinyl starts to come up, rub it again through the transfer tape, then try peeling the tape off again.
