The Life Mounts LED Helmet Light clamps onto the brim of nearly every style safety helmet on the market providing light in any direction needed. The powerful CREE LED flashlight has 3 modes, adjustable focus, operates on one AA battery and can project for over 1,000 feet. The patented mount is a combination of lightweight aluminum and silicone rubber. The bracket is secured to the helmet brim with two knurled thumb screws that are easily manipulated while wearing gloves and allow the light to be positioned either above or below the brim. Answer:	The area for the text embroidery is good for upto 5 letters. More than 5 letters will be too small/will be hard to read. Mostly our customers enter first letters of each word of their Fire Department name such as "ABCFD".
