| Answer: | The dryer your car is, the better the shine. However a little water won't ruin the process unlike old-fashioned paste and liquid waxes. I have successfully used a single wet microfiber towel (Amazon Basics) to wipe dirt off each panel, rinsing in a bucket of water (no soap) before moving to the next panel. This leaves little droplets behind that usually dry when the car is completely wiped clean. The car would look terrible with smears etc. based on this quick wet wipe down, but not there is very little grit for the Ice Spray Wax to contend with. I just move back to my original first panel, mostly dry, and use my second microfiber (also AmazonBasics) to apply then a higher quality Microworks microfiber cloth (Microworks 2502-RED-DZ Microfiber Towel, 16" x 16") to wipe in/wipe dry/buff. Ice Spray Wax is MUCH easier to "wipe off" to a sparkling shine than the top dog in the TW lineup, Ice 'n' Shine. |
