I have a 2.5 lb. I leave in my car for emergency purposes. Even outdoors all day in 106+ F. degree weather, the pressure gauge holds steady.

Answer:	I would suggest that the cloth was wet then wrung out tightly. This should help it to obsorb the moisture on the window. Keep repeating this until whole window is moisture free.
